1.       Paul Resorts & Hotels will offer Cardmembers a special saving of 20% flat discount on Best Available Rate.

3.       The promotional offer by The Paul is valid for the period from 8^th February 2026 to 31^st August 2026 (both days included).

4.       Cardmember is supposed to book and complete the stay within the offer period to avail the offer.

5.       Paul Hotels and Resorts will enable automatic discount for Cardmembers at the time of advance booking. When the Cardmember reaches Paul Resort’s call center the team will automatically apply American Express discount and confirm Cardmember’s booking.

6.       Cardmembers are required to call out the offer at the time of booking to avail the offer.

7.       The discount will be provided on the amount exclusive of taxes.

8.       The offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.

21.   There are no blackout dates for this offer.

23.   Cancellation- There is no specific link for the cancellation policy. If a cardmember cancels before 14 days, there will be no cancellation charges levied for all the hotels except for Kumarakom where the cancellation window is 30 days
