REFUND POLICY:

- The Charge taken by the Cardmember in a currency other than Indian Rupees will be converted into Indian Rupees (INR). The conversion will take place on the date the Charge is processed by overseas American Express, which may not be the same date on which the Charge was made as it depends on when the Charge was submitted to American Express. If the Charge is not in U.S. Dollars, the conversion will be made through U.S. Dollars, by converting the Charge amount into U.S. Dollars and then by converting the U.S. Dollar amount into Indian Rupees. If the Charge is in U.S. Dollars, it will be converted directly into Indian Rupees. Unless a specific rate is required by applicable law, the overseas American Express treasury system will use conversion rates based on interbank rate that it selects from customary industry source on the business day prior to the processing date, increased by a foreign currency conversion mark up of 3.5%. If Charges are converted by third parties prior to being submitted to American Express, any conversions made by those third parties will beat rates selected by them.

In the case, there is an error from DreamSetGo’s end and it has already taken the payment, in that case, the entire amount will be refunded within 14 working days of DreamSetGo informing the Cardmember regarding the error.

- Visa will be Cardmember’s responsibility and American Express or DreamSetGo will not be responsible if Cardmember purchases the package before confirming Visa with embassy. In case the packages are booked with DreamSetGo and Visa gets rejected; no refund will be provided by DreamSetGo.
REFUND POLICY:
- In case of the event getting cancelled, a full refund will be provided. This refund will be transferred as and when DreamSetGo receives the same from the airline and hotel provider.
- In case of a travel ban (due to any unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be provided. This refund will be transferred by DreamSetGo as and when they receive the same from the airline and hotel provider.
- In case the Cardmember cannot travel due to any visa issues, personal reasons, or any other reason, no refund will be provided.
