American Express Terms and Conditions:
The offer is governed by and subject to these Offer Terms. The offer description forms part of these Offer Terms. By saving the offer to your Card you are agreeing to these OfferTerms.

Save the offer to your eligible Card then meet the criteria stated in the offer description before the offer end date to receive the credit or points. The offer description and terms are displayed to you prior to saving the offer to your Card. After you save the offer to your Card, you can continue to access the offer description and terms until the offer end date as follows:
- access the Amex Offers section in your Online Services account;
- revisit the email or page from where you saved the offer to your Card.
- This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be
valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
- This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
- American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly.
- American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
- American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmembers under this offer.
- Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the Terms and Conditions of the existing Cardmember Agreement with the Card issuer
- To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
- Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.
- Not all Cards are eligible for this offer. If a Card you hold is ineligible, you will receive an error message and you will not be able to save the offer to your Card. Corporate, business travel, government and store Cards are not eligible for this or any offer.
- If you are issued a replacement Card after saving the offer to your Card, and the replacement Card has a different Card number, your participation in this offer will end. If the offer is still available, you will need to save the offer to your replacement Card.
Credit & Points
- Credit or points should be applied to your Card Account within 5 business days of you meeting the offer spend criteria, however this can take up to 90 days from the offer end date. Credit or points are not redeemable for cash or other payment forms. Credit or points may be reversed if an eligible transaction is subsequently cancelled or refunded.
- If your Card is suspended or cancelled the credit or points will not be applied to your Card Account, even if you have met the offer spend criteria.
- To receive points, your Card must be enrolled in the relevant loyalty program and have an
active loyalty account.
Your account payments
- You must continue to make all payments to your Card Account in full when they are due. If you don’t, your participation in the offer may be cancelled and may affect your eligibility to participate in future offers
Fraud / Gaming / Glitches
- American Express reserves the right to suspend or cancel the offer if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer which may result in any loss or damage to American Express.
- We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do.
- American Express reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify an individual from this or future offers if they are suspected of fraud, gaming or are in breach of any of the
- American Express reserves the right to vary any eligibility criteria or Offer Terms prior to you saving the offer to your Card.
Privacy and Security
- We use your personal information such as name, account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the offer and track your spend. We will only ever use your personal information strictly in accordance with the American Express Online Privacy Statement.
Terms & Conditions:
- Prior to spending you must add your Card to your Apple ID and ensure your Card is selected as the payment method.
- Offer valid for payments made on the saved Card directly online or in-app at the Apple App Store or payments made for Apple Music, iCloud, Apple Arcade, TV+ and iTunes.
- Prior to spending you must add your Card to your Google Play account and ensure your Card is selected as the payment method.
- Offer valid for payments made on the saved Card directly online at play.google.com or in-app via the Google Play Store app only.
- The offer is only valid for Basic Cardmembers.
- Offer valid online or in-app at Indian app stores mentioned above only.
- You must ensure your Card is charged by 06/11/2021 to be eligible for the Offer.
- Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved via the above noted payment methods.
- 100% cashback will be applied every time, and the offer is limited to a maximum of 2,500 cashback applied to your Card during the offer period.
- Not valid for payments made via a third party establishment or payment processor (including, but not limited to, digital wallets).
- Cashback is not redeemable for cash or other payment form
- Cashback should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the offer end date 06/11/2021.
- If you have not received your Cashback within 5 business days of your qualifying purchase please contact American Express.
- Cashback will not be applied to your Card Account if your Card has been suspended or cancelled.
- Cashback may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled.
