- To receive these offers, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available
- American Express Banking Corp. is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Card members under these offers. Any disputes with regard to thequality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.

- Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

- Up to 15% off for Platinum card members on a minimum purchase of INR 1 lakh
- A complimentary dedicated manager to be given for Platinum cardmembers for viewings at the gallery.
Slabs to avail the discount offers:
- 15% off for purchases between INR 1 Lakh - INR 25 lacs
- 12.5% off for purchases between INR 25 lacs -INR 50 lacs
- 10% off for purchases worth INR 50 lacs & upwards
- Offer validity: 14th July 2022 – 11th July 2023 (both days included)
- Artworks that are a part of a series, artworks that are a part of a set and artworks identified or marked as NFL (notfor-sale) are not included in this offer.
- No prior appointments are required to purchase the art offline or for visiting art exhibitions at the gallery.
- The offer can only be availed at the locations mentioned below.
- Art works will be delivered within 15 working days.
- No Courier/freight charges are levied for delivery if delivery is within Delhi – NCR. Any delivery outside at any other location outside of Delhi NCR then courier/freight costs are applicable on actuals for all.
- Authentication guarantee and condition report will be provided within 7 working days once the delivery is done.
- A minimum spend of INR 1 lakh is required to avail the discount offer.
- The discount is capped to INR 10 lakhs (per transaction) for Platinum cardmembers.
- The discount will be calculated on the amount exclusive of taxes on the retail price.
- Discounts are applicable on retail prices exclusive of packaging, insurance, and courier/freight charges
- To avail the offer of a dedicated manager for viewing at the gallery, prior appointments are mandatory and needs to be booked a minimum of 24 – 48 hours in advance.
- DAG offers a no-refund, no-exchange and no-cancellation policy to all the artworks sold. In the unlikely case that cardmember receives an item that is damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and contact DAG within 1 day of delivery. Please share detailed images of the damaged packaging and artwork taken during unpacking. If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact DAG via email immediately crm@dagworld.com
- The last date to raise queries regarding the offer is within 15 days post the purchase.
- This offer is also valid on supplementary cards for Platinum cardmembers
- Cardmembers are required to call out the offer at the time of billing to avail the discount offer • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotional offer at the gallery
- The taxes will be applied as 12% GST.
- The cardmembers can avail the offer multiple times during the offer period
- There are no blackout dates under this offer

- Platinum cardmembers are required to contact Platinum Concierge Services for appointments.
- All appointments should be booked minimum 24-48 hours in advance to be able to avail the benefit of a dedicated viewing with the manager.
