Offer Validity: The offer is valid from 21 July 2025 to 21 October 2025 (Including both days).

• A cardmember can avail these offers multiple times during the offer period.
• This offer is only valid at the exclusive store of Rosa Amoris Jewellery.
• Offer discount will be applied on the product value before taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated on the discounted amount.
• There is no minimum spend requirement to avail the offer.
• Cardmember needs to inform cashier about the intention to avail this offer before billing at the outlet and Offer cannot be redeemed post billing. Cardmember will also need to present the eligible American Express Card to avail the offer.
• Offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.
• This offer is non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.

• The offer fulfilment journey at Payment counter at stores will be as follows: Cardmember will call out the offer at the store before billing to the merchant and then pay with eligible American Express Card. 
• Cardmember must carry a valid Govt. ID proof for the purchase of Diamond Jewellery.
• Discount cannot be redeemed in cash. The entire payment needs to be made through American Express Card only.
• Authentication regarding purity of the product will be fulfilled by the Merchant. American Express will not be held liable for the same.
• Alleged misuse of this offer is strictly prohibited.
• Queries pertaining to the discount, or the offer will not be entertained 30 days after transaction date.
• Cancellation policy - All sales are final. Cancellations will not be permitted once an order has been placed and confirmed. We request customers to review their orders carefully prior to confirmation.• Refund Policy- Strict no refund policy once an order is confirmed. If customer wish to make an exchange or adjust the value against a new purchase, customer may do so within 14 days. Exchanges made within 7 days will be processed at full value, while those after 7 days will incur a 20% deduction—no money will be refunded under any circumstances.

• A maximum of five (5) pieces may be submitted for repurposing under this service per client during the offer duration.
• Any changes, enhancements, or additions required in the process of repurposing — including labor, additional materials, or gemstone settings — will be charged separately at standard rates, 10% discount offer is not valid on design charges, it is valid on the quote of the final jewellery with a minimum order value of INR 5,00,000 and a discount capping of INR 50,000.
