• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant's end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.

Truefitt & Hill instant discount Terms & Conditions

Offer 1 :  Get Instant Discount of INR 1,000 on Minimum Transaction worth INR 1,000 and above (including all services and memberships*) - For American Express Centurion, Platinum Charge and Gold Charge Cards.

Offer 2 :  Get Instant Discount of INR 1,000 on Minimum Transaction worth INR 2,000 and above (including all services and memberships*) - For American Express Consumer and all Network Cards

• The maximum discount is INR 1000 during the offer period per card.
• The Offer can be availed by the Cardmember once in 90 days.
• Offer is valid till 31^st March 2027 (both days included).
• The offer is only valid at the participating stores.
• The offer is valid on the final invoice amount inclusive of taxes.
• Offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.
• The offer is non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.

• There are no black out days.

• Cardmembers are not required to enroll for the offer. Cardmembers will receive the instant discount upon transacting at the participating store during offer period at point of sale.
• Instant discount will be eligible for in-person transactions taken with participating salon on Pine Labs Terminal.
• The offer fulfilment journey at Payment counter at stores will be as follows: Cardmember will call out the offer at the store to the merchant and then pay with eligible American Express Card. (In-store transactions needs to be taken at participating Truefitt & Hill Salons on Pine Labs Terminal to be eligible for Instant discount).
• Cardmember need to call respective salon contact number for reservations & Cardmember needs to callout the offer during time of payment or once they are at the salon.
• For service-related queries, Cardmembers can coordinate with respective store manager &; can contact: feedback@truefittandhill.in / info@truefittandhill.in same will be respond within 7 Days
• For instant discount related queries, Cardmembers can contact the American Express contact center.
• The queries need to be raised within 72 hours of availing the offer.
• The queries will be addressed within 48 working hours from the day the query is raised.
• Cardmembers can avail the offer only at participating Truefitt and Hill Salons mentioned in the participating list and qualify for discount during the offer period.
