4. Paul Resorts will enable automatic discount for Cardmembers at the time of advance booking. When the Cardmember reaches Paul Resort’s call center the team will automatically apply AMEX discount and confirm Cardmember’s booking.
5. Offer is valid for All American Express Cardmembers across the globe. Any Cardmember travelling to India must present before the merchant either their passport or itinerary or any valid proof.
6. Rates are payable in local currency (Indian Rupee).
7. The conversion rate applicable for international Cards will be basis the transaction date.
8. Cardmembers are required to call out the offer at the time of booking to avail the offer.
9. The discount will be provided on the amount exclusive of taxes.

21. There are no blackout dates for this offer
22. There is no Minimum Transaction required to avail the offer and there’s no limit on Maximum discount that can be availed under this offer.
23. Cancellation- There is no specific link for the cancellation policy. If a cardmember cancels before 14 days, there will be no cancellation charges levied for all the hotels except for Kumarakom where the cancellation window is 30 days.
