Booking Information Cancellation Policy

• Airport Transfers:
  Prices are quoted per vehicle and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, gratuities, and meet & greet services. Passenger and baggage capacity for each vehicle category is specified under the respective car class. Pricing is not affected by the number of passengers within the permitted capacity.
• India Hourly Bookings:
  All-inclusive pricing is based on the selected duration and includes up to 80 km, calculated from garage-to-garage within city limits. Mileage from the garage to pickup and from drop-off back to the garage will be transparently communicated. Any additional usage beyond the included limits will be charged and must be paid upfront.
• International Hourly Bookings:
  All-inclusive pricing is based on the number of hours booked, with the applicable kilometer limit specified at the time of booking. Mileage is calculated from pickup to drop-off within the same city limits unless otherwise stated. Any additional usage beyond the included limits will be charged and must be paid upfront.
• Intercity One-Way Bookings:
  The booking includes a fixed kilometer allowance for a direct point-to-point transfer. Detours or stopovers are not permitted. Any additional kilometers beyond the included limit will be charged as per applicable rates.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Domestic (Service within India)
  For one-way airport transfers within India, free cancellation up to 12 hours prior to pick up time.

·       For long distance city-to-city transfer, free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to pick up time.

·       For hourly service, free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to pickup time.

• International (Service outside India)

·        For one-way, city-to-city ride or hourly disposal, free cancellation is up to 24 hours prior to pick up time.
