Offer Details:

• The offer is valid on Flights and Hotels confirmed bookings only.
• There is no restriction on bookings for travel dates, any available date can be selected.
• The offer is valid on selected flights and hotels only.
• Cardmembers will receive discount as mentioned in the table above on using an eligible American Express Corporate Card.
• To avail discounts, Cardmembers need to make Flight and Hotel bookings.
• This offer is only valid on flights and hotels booking where the promocode “AMEXFEST” is visible at the checkout/payment page.
• The Offer is also applicable on multi-city bookings across multiple airlines and can be availed for split PNR bookings.
• For the offer, minimum booking amount is exclusive of taxes and convenience fee i.e., It will be calculated on Total Fare (Base fare + Taxes)
• The offer is valid for only 1 booking per Card per service (as mentioned in the table above) throughout the offer period.
• The offer will be applicable on all sectors, one-way, round trip and multi-city flights.
• Convenience fees will be charged as per the applicability. 
• The booking needs to be done within the offer period, the travel or stay can be post the offer end date.

• The offers are valid for bookings made on EaseMyTrip Website, Android & IOS App (By clicking on these links, you will be redirected to a third-party website)
• The offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on EaseMyTrip.
• In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and discount will be rolled back before processing the refunds.
• Child / infant discount, date or flight change, refund charges, weekend surcharge, black out period, travel restrictions and / or flight restrictions will be also applicable as per the fare rule and will not be eligible for the offer.
• There is no restriction on bookings for travel dates, any available date can be selected.
• Changes in flights and dates are allowed with changed fees and fare difference.
• Passenger name changes are not allowed after booking confirmation
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to the Cardmembers.
• EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
• In addition, EaseMyTrip standard booking and privacy policy on easemytrip.com shall apply.
• In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
• EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.
