·       The Offer is valid for all American Express Corporate and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.

·       This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.

·       All the offers in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.

·       This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer, and any such participation is purely voluntary.

·       American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.

·       American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer.

·       Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.

·       Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

Offer Construct:

·       Offer 1: For Domestic Flights: Flat 15% Instant Discount up to ₹2,500 on minimum order value of ₹7,500.

·       Offer 2: For International Flights: Flat 15% Instant Discount up to ₹7,500 on minimum order value of ₹15,000.

Offer Validity: 7^th November 2025 till 29^th December 2025, both days included.

1.       The maximum discount on the Offer for Domestic Flights is ₹2,500 per card per month.

2.       The maximum discount on the Offer for International Flights is ₹7,500 per card per month.

3.       The Offer will remain valid only on every Friday & Monday of every week from Midnight 00:00 hours on 7th November 2025, to 23:59 hours on 29th December 2025.

4.       To avail the Offer on Domestic Flights, card members are required to use promo code IXAMEX

5.       To avail the Offer on International Flights, card members are required to use code IXAMEXIN

6.       The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing Offer with IXIGO.

7.       Booking needs to be done on the days mentioned above. Travel date could be any day of the week.

8.       There are no restrictions on the Travel date.

9.       The offer is applicable on one way and round trips.

10.   The offer is also applicable on multi-city flights.

11.   There are no exclusions of seat type in this offer.

15.   The discount will be calculated on ticket base fare and not on Convenience fees, taxes and/or ancillaries purchased (Meals, Insurance, Baggage, etc.) will be excluded from the total booking amount for calculation of the discount amount.

17.   Card members making payments through any other bank cards will not be eligible for this Offer.

18.   Incomplete/rejected/invalid/returned/disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be eligible to avail this Offer.

19.   All card member queries/disputes on the Offer should be raised during the Offer period or within 30 days after the expiry of the promotion period.

20.   The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be encashed.

21.   For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the invoice for the case to be investigated further.

22.   If bookings are fully cancelled (during and/or outside the Offer period), the corresponding instant discount applicable on that order/transaction will not be granted.

23.   The campaign will run as per the Offer Period mentioned above. However, American Express and IXIGO reserve the right to terminate, extend or cut short the Offer at their discretion.

24.   This offer is not valid for split bookings where customers make multiple bookings to avail multiple discounts. IXIGO and American Express Bank reserves the right to recover the discount amount or cancel the booking if such a case is brought or comes to IXIGO’s notice.

25.   This offer is applicable for all sectors and all airlines of travel booking.

26.   There are no blackout dates for this offer during the offer period
