• American Express card details will be required to confirm the booking.
• There is no capping on the maximum discount under the offer.
• No two offers can be clubbed together. 
• There is no minimum booking amount that needs to be spent to avail the offer
• The discount is applicable on best available rates for offer on Villas and Suite.

·       For booking modifications or partial stay utilization, the offer will remain applicable subject to availability within the offer inventory and validity period. In case the revised dates do not have availability under the offer, the booking will be adjusted to the prevailing Best Available Rate. For partial stays, the discount will apply only to the nights that are actually stayed

• A maximum of four people can be accommodated in a single reservation.
• American Express cards will be charged with INR 1 to confirm the booking. The same shall be refunded back to the card members in 15-20 business days. No OTPs will be generated to charge the card members at the time of booking.
• All bills need to be settled at the time of check-out by the cardmember through the same American Express card that was used at the time of reservation.
• The discount is auto applied to the Rooms & Suites at the afore mentioned links. No discount code needs to be applied manually on stay.
• Offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The offer is not applicable on all rooms & categories. Offer is applicable on selected rooms.
