1.This is a Charles and Keith E-Gift Card issued by Major Brands India Pvt Limited which would be accepted at listed Charles and Keith outlets from 1st June ‘2020 onwards.
2.Upon purchase of the Goodwill Bond E-gift card, the purchaser is eligible for a top-up value depending on the denomination of the E-Gift card purchased. The purchaser will be eligible to a top up of INR 200 on a purchase of E-gift card of INR 2000, INR 600 on purchase of E-Gift card of INR 5000 & INR 1,500 on purchase of E-Gift card of INR 10,000. Under normal circumstances this will be done instantly, but sometimes due to system issues, the top-up can be delayed up-to 24 hours
3.The person who has the Charles and Keith E-Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4.Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the E-Gift Card for making payments before billing.
5.Only the listed Charles and Keith outlets at its sole discretion accept the E-Gift Card. Major Brands may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
6.More than one E-Gift Card can be used in one bill and can be used during sale.
7.This is a ONE time use E-Gift Card and is valid for a period of 3 months from issuance date.
8.No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the E-Gift Card will be given.
9.Charles and Keith E-Gift card CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
10.Any dispute related to the Charles and Keith E-Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
