Accommodation includes a variety of rooms and suites, as well as five sumptuous private apartments. The design embraces natural materials such as wood and terracotta tiles and includes a warm and rich color palette with pops of orange and green. The same soothing colors are carried into the spacious bathrooms, which feature deep soaking tubs. The rooms also offer plenty of natural light, with views of the slopes and snowy pine forests.

Loulou restaurant overlooks the ski slopes of Val d’Isère, and the design is meant to evoke a cozy chalet, with walls swathed in plaid fabric. Matsuhisa focuses on the artistic nature of the dishes, with signature selections including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso. For a change of scenery, head outside to Loulou’s terrace, which has couches as well as a DJ. The menu is hearty and Italian-inspired, featuring truffle pizzas and a lavish dessert buffet. Just next door is La Grande Ourse, which serves traditional Savoyard fare such as raclette and fondue.

The Guerlain Spa caters to couples, friends, and families. The indoor pool, hammam and whirlpool are all ideal for soothing tired muscles after a day on the slopes. To truly unwind, opt for a Spa Guerlain treatment, such as a facial and massage. Osteopath sessions are also available. There’s also a fitness center with state-of-the-art gym equipment.

Hitting the slopes of Val d’Isère is a must, but for those who want even more of an adrenaline rush, try a parapente (paragliding) flight, ice diving, dog-sledding or MoonBikes.
