Transport Inconvenience Cover
The following inconveniences are covered:
- Travel Delay — when your flight departure is delayed for 4 hours or more, your flight's cancelled, or you're denied boarding, you'll receive up to EUR200 for meals or hotel accommodation.
- Missed Connection — if you've missed an onward flight due to the late arrival of an incoming flight, you'll receive up to EUR150 for meals and hotel accommodation.
- Luggage Delay — when your luggage is delayed and not delivered within 6 hours of your arrival, you'll receive up to EUR750 for clothing and essential purchases.
- Lost Luggage — you'll receive an additional sum of up to EUR1,500.

Getting Started
Whether you want to join the programme or redeem points, getting started is as easy as a click.
Priority Pass is the world's largest independent airport VIP lounge access Programme, designed for customers who frequently travel by air. It provides access to 1300+ airport lounges in more than 600 airports across 148 countries.

At any time, a Priority Pass cardholder can escape the chaos of cancellations, flight delays and crowded departure halls, and enjoy instead, a quiet sanctuary where he/she will find everything - for business or for pleasure.
One Complimentary Access Per Trip
Cardmember's guests may also benefit from this free access, provided that:
- They also travel with the Cardmember.
- Their trip have also been purchased at American Express® MCB Travel with the American Express® Card.
E.g. Two tickets bought for Cardmember and spouse with the Cardmember's Card at American Express® MCB Travel would entitle both persons to a free lounge access if both travel together.
Note: The number of guests is regulated by each lounge. For all regulations please refer to the Priority Pass Directory.

Free Membership
An annual membership for Priority Pass worth USD99 is offered free of charge to each MCB American Express® cardmember.
Note: While membership grants cardholders access to VIP lounges visits are subject to a per person per visit fee (see lounge visits).
Lounge Visits
Each member receives a membership Card and a lounge directory.
Admittance to lounges is strictly subject to Priority Pass Cardholders and accompanying guests being in possession of a valid flight ticket for the same day of travel.
When entering a lounge, simply present your Priority Pass membership Card to the receptionist, who will ask you to sign a "Record of Visit" voucher or will swipe the card electronically to record the visit.
Fees
Lounge visits are subject to a fee per visit, currently at the rate of USD35 per person.
All cardmembers' and guests' visits, excluding complimentary access offered, shall be debited to the cardmember’s American Express® Card.
Note: The date of billing does not refer to the lounge visit date.
