What is Information @ Work®?

Information @ Work is a suite of standard reports that provide you with the essential information you need to manage your Corporate Card expense program. Information @ Work is available online through American Express @ Work®. Reports are provided in both PDF format, for professional presentation, and XLS format, for easy manipulation and integration with your other expense data.


What reports are available with Information @ Work?

To see a list of all available Information @ Work reports for you Corporate Card or your Purchasing Card please visit our website:

Additionally, if you have questions about any of the reports, please contact your Account Manager or the MIS Service Center at 800-633-6973, option #1, between 5:30am and 4:30pm MST Monday-Friday.

 

How will I know when my reports are ready?

Within 72 hours after your cycle ends the reports will be posted to American Express @ Work and you will receive an email notification with a link to your reports.

 

How do I access my reports?

Information @ Work reports are accessible through American Express @ Work and are delivered to the same location as the legacy HTML reports. There is no change to your current American Express @ Work ID or password.
The following link will take you to the American Express @ Work log-in page, where you can access your reports directly: www.americanexpress.com.mx/atwork. Additionally, each month when your reports are posted you will receive an email notification with a link to your reports.

 

How long will my reports be available?

American Express @ Work will keep four months worth of reports online. Additionally, most reports can be re-run for up to 13 months by calling the MIS Service Center at 800-633-6873, option #1, between 5:30am and 4:30pm MST Monday-Friday.

 

How do I access my historical reports?

Below is a sample screenshot of the Industry Spending Report page in American Express @ Work where you download your reports. By clicking on the white arrow you will be able to download up to four months of history.

 

What if I want to continue to receive my original HTML reports?

Information @ Work provides more robust information and replaces the legacy HTML reports. We are continuously looking to improve your experience and your feedback is critical to ensure we meet your needs. If you have any concerns please call the MIS Service Center at 800-633-6973 so we can incorporate your input into future product releases.

 

Why are some of the original legacy HTML reports not transitioning over to Information @ Work?

Information @ Work offers an improved suite of reports over HTML reporting, and we wanted to ensure you received the benefits of the new product as soon as possible. We will notify you when future enhancements will allow us to completely replace all of the core reports.

 

Are there any additional fees or costs associated with Information @Work reports?

Information @ Work is an essential part of your American Express Card program and is included at no additional charge.
