- Booking Requirement: Prior reservations (at least seven (7) days prior to arrival) are required and are subject to availability. Reservations must be made directly via email at reservation@eoresidenceskl.com with promo code. Third-party bookings are not eligible.

- Payment Requirement: Full payment must be made using only American Express Cards and is required no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
- Changes to Reservations: Guests are not allowed to change any details of their reservation, including dates, room types, or guest information. Once the booking has been confirmed, no modifications are allowed.
- Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservation@eoresidenceskl.com.
- Check-in time is after 1500 hours and check-out time is before 1200 hours.
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early arrival prior to 1500 hours, the suite must be reserved from the previous day at a full night's suite rate.
- A Safety Deposit is required upon check-in.
- All occupants/guests are to comply with all the terms of the House Rules governing E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur.
