How To Redeem Gift Cards

For instructions on how to redeem a specific gift card review the product's details and delivery information.

Digital Gift Cards

The digital gift card code will be displayed on the checkout confirmation page.

If you have registered an email address with us, you will also receive an email confirming your redemption details.

Physical Gift Cards

The physical gift card will be sent to the address selected during checkout. Please note that all Gift Cards are sent by courier and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Gift Cards and Vouchers will be dispatched within 5 business days from the date you placed the order. If your order is not received, please escalate via Customer Services within 30 calendar days .
