Spend on the American Express^® CapitaCard and Get a Gift ("Promotion") Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is exclusive to basic American Express CapitaCard (“Eligible Card”) Members.
The offer period is from 25 Feb 2023 – 31 Mar 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
During the Promotion Period, the Eligible Card Member must satisfy the minimum spends ("Qualifying Spend") of at least:
- S$600 in IMM using the Eligible Card to receive the WMF Diadem Plus 3-piece Cookware Set. Limited to the first 150 redemptions.
- S$300 in Lot One using the Eligible Card to receive the OTO Air Cleanser. Limited to the first 180 redemptions.
- S$250 in Junction 8 using the Eligible Card to receive a pair of Marshall Mode Earphones. Limited to the first 100 redemptions.
- S$250 in Westgate using the Eligible Card to receive a pair of Sony Wireless Earbuds. Limited to the first 80 redemptions.
Eligible Card Members may make the Qualifying Spend in the respective participating CapitaLand Malls with a maximum of three (3) combined receipts subject to Clause 3 of this T&Cs.

Upon satisfying the Qualifying Spend in the respective participating CapitaLand Malls, with the exception of the WMF Diadem Plus 3-piece Cookware Set in IMM which the Eligible Card Member will receive a redemption letter to redeem the Redemption Gift, the Eligible Card Member can redeem the respective Redemption Gift during the Promotion Period at the respective locations:

Qualifying Spend excludes:
- receipt(s)/charge slip from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers / eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at the participating malls, For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt(s)/charge slip(s) showing the value of the purchase(s) made within the redemption period, will be eligible for use in this Promotion. Receipt(s)/charge slip(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion.
- eCapitaVoucher purchases and a full list of non-eligible purchases or transactions (visit go.amex/SGexclusions), which is non-exhaustive and is subject to changes from time to time.
Qualifying Spend amount is based on the nett purchase after deduction of discounts applicable by the respective retail merchants.
There is no minimum value for the purposes of combining receipts to qualify for this Promotion.
Eligible Card Members are required to present charge receipts, the Eligible Card and their CapitaStar Member ID at the point of redemption as form of verification.The Eligible Card Member is to be present for redemption of any of the Redemption Gifts and Redemption Letters.
Each Eligible Card Member will only be entitled to one (1) Redemption Gift and/or Redemption Letter per participating CapitaLand Mall during the Promotion Period.
All redemptions of the Redemption Gifts and Redemption Letters are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
The Redemption Gifts and Redemption Letters cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, in kind or other items/services from American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls.
The Eligible Card Member must be in good standing, and the Eligible Card must not be suspended or cancelled for any reason whatsoever during the Promotion Period.
American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls reserve the right to require the Eligible Card Member to return the Redemption Gift (or pay the perceived value of the Redemption Gift if the same is not in the original redemption condition) if the Qualifying Spend is not satisfied for reason due to any one of the purchases being refunded or cancelled by the respective retail merchants.
This Promotion is non transferrable and only applicable to the Eligible Card Member named on the Eligible Card.
American Express International Inc. is not responsible for the endorsement of any product feature. Participating CapitaLand Malls are solely responsible for the fulfillment of the Promotion and all relevant privileges.
American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage caused by arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, or defect in any services and benefits of the Promotion.
American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls are not liable for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of the Redemption Gift provided in this Promotion. American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls will not be liable to provide any form of compensation or exchange to the recipient of the Redemption Gift.
American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls reserve the right at any time to withdraw and/or substitute the Promotion with other offer(s) without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
The participating CapitaLand Malls reserve the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Card Members before processing the redemption of the Redemption Gifts and Redemption Letters.
American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls reserve the right to substitute the Redemption Gift(s) with another reward of equivalent value at their sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons.
American Express International Inc. and the participating CapitaLand Malls reserve the rights to terminate this Promotion and/or replace the Offer with another offer of similar perceived value without prior notice.

General CapitaLand Mall Terms and Conditions

The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Card Member represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion: Persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.
By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Card Member acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorized agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Card Member agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners, and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents, and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all dispute.
