In order to redeem your benefits:

Enrol into Avis President's Club using “Platinum” as Membership passcode
Book directly with Avis or with your Platinum Travel Service
Ensure that your Avis President's Club number and AWD code K545000 is used when booking

How long does it take to process the enrolment?

Approximately six to eight weeks.

Could the enrolment process be expedited?

No. We appreciate your understanding.

How long will the Avis President’s Club membership be valid for?

It will be valid as long as your Platinum Card is active. When you cancel your Platinum Card, the Avis President’s Club membership will be cancelled.

Why did I receive a new Avis President’s Club membership number?

The existing membership number was not keyed in, or an incorrect membership number was keyed in during enrolment. Please re-enrol for the upgrade using your preferred membership number.

How can I merge the two Avis President’s Club accounts or cancel one?

Merging of accounts is not possible. Please contact The Platinum Concierge at 1800 392 1177 (Option 1) to cancel one account.

What if my enrolment is rejected or membership details are incorrect (e.g., name mismatch)?
