How to Redeem your Points for Rewards

• Please redeem this reward online at no additional charge. Refer to Section 1 of "How to Redeem your points". Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service hotline at the back of your Card for any redemption at a nominal fee of 800 Membership Rewards points per call.
• Membership Rewards Certificate will be mailed to your billing address within 14 working days after the redemption date. Please refer to the ‘Delivery Information’ tab to find out more on the Rewards Certificate’s delivery process.
• Please refer to your Membership Rewards Certificate for specific instructions to redeem your Product/Reward.
