You will receive the Reward Certificate within 14 working days after the redemption date.

1. Please refer to the Reward Certificate on the instructions to redeem this item.
2. Reward Certificate is valid for 6 months from the Issue Date unless otherwise stated on the Reward Certificate.
3. Valid for one-time use at the Redemption Location(s) listed on the Reward Certificate.
4. Reward Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any unused amount from the Reward Certificate or Vouchers redeemed will be forfeited. Any balance payment must be made with your American Express® Card. If the American Express® Card is unavailable, balance payment must be settled by Cash or Nets.
5. Not applicable for use in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
6. Items and/or Vouchers redeemed using the Reward Certificate are not exchangeable, replaceable, transferable or refundable for cash, credits, or points.
7. Only the original Reward Certificate will be recognised for redemption. Merchant will not accept any Certificate that has or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with. No minimum purchase required unless otherwise specified.
8. No invoice will be issued to the Card Member upon redemption.
9. Subject to the approval of American Express, the Merchant reserves the right to replace items of similar or higher value in event of stock out.
