- Redemption can be made at all Cold Storage outlets.

- Reward Certificate is valid for 6 months from the Issue Date unless otherwise stated on the Reward Certificate.

- Reward Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any unused amount from the Reward Certificate or Vouchers redeemed will be forfeited.
- Not applicable for use in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
