Please redeem for this reward online at no additional charge. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service hotline at the back of your Card for any redemption at a nominal fee of 800 Membership Rewards points per call.

Please exchange the Reward Certificate for Isetan Vouchers at Isetan Scotts, Customer Service Counter, Level 4.

Redemption can be made at the following locations:

Mustafa Centre, 145 Syed Alwi Road

Reward Certificate is valid for 6 months from the Issue Date unless otherwise stated on the Reward Certificate.
Valid for one-time use at the Redemption Location(s) listed on the Reward Certificate.
Reward Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any unused amount from the Reward Certificate or Vouchers redeemed will be forfeited.
Not applicable for use in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
Items and/or Vouchers redeemed using the Reward Certificate are not exchangeable, replaceable, transferable or refundable for cash, credits, or points.
Only the original Reward Certificate will be recognised for redemption. Merchant will not accept any Certificate that has or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with. No minimum purchase required unless otherwise specified.
No invoice will be issued to the Card Member upon redemption.
