- Please redeem this reward online at no additional charge. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service hotline at the back of your Card for any redemption at a nominal fee of 800 Membership Rewards points per call.

You will receive the Reward Certificate within 14 working days after the redemption date.

Terms and Conditions
- Redemption Certificate is valid for 6 months from the Date of Issuance as stated on the Certificate.
- Redemption Certificate Terms & Conditions:
- Multiple voucher redemptions are allowed.
- Subject to the approval of American Express, the Merchant reserves the right to replace items of similar or higher value in event of stock out.
- No minimum purchase required unless otherwise stated on the Redemption Certificate.
- Valid for one-time use, any unused amount from the voucher will be forfeited. Any balance payment must be made with your American Express® Card.
- Only the original Reward Certificate will be recognised for redemption. Merchant will not accept any Certificate that has or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with.
- Not applicable to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
- Redemptions are not exchangeable, replaceable, transferable or refundable for cash, credits, or points.
