Individual accommodations are spread across the property and all feature elegant American Southwest décor with a king-sized bed. Select cabins are flexible kings that can be divided into two twins. All accommodations feature a patio or deck and most sport a private outdoor soaking tub to relax in. Pathways, fire pits, and a flowing hot springs stream provide an idyllic desert retreat.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the rate. Harvest offers an elevated farm-to-table dining experience with frequently updated menus and Bar 1896 offers a more casual option for lunch or dinner. Enjoy culinary choices from the on-site farm and end the evening with a unique cocktail, glass of wine, or exclusive Castle Hot Springs Lithium Lager.
Soak in the mineral-rich waters of the hot springs, available exclusively to guests, or lounge around the pool. Relax with daily yoga and meditation practices or unwind with a spa treatment in a private cabana set along the creek.
Daily activities offered on the property include bocce ball, pickleball, e-bikes, yoga and meditation, and the putting green. Embark on a guided hike into the Sonoran Desert to see unique and dramatic landscapes. Challenge yourself on the via ferrata adventure course. Discover the desert on horseback, on a helicopter tour, or on a guided ATV tour. Remember your swimsuit and set aside plenty of time to enjoy the hot spring pools.

Valid only for new Fine Hotels + Resorts bookings made through the Centurion Travel Service, or American Express Travel Online (Only available in selected markets). Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card in Centurion® Member’s name. Available for Platinum Charge Card Members and Centurion® Members only, and excludes Platinum Credit Card Members who are not also Platinum Charge Card Members. Noon check-in and room upgrade are based on availability and are provided at check-in.
Breakfast amenity varies by property, but will be, at a minimum, a continental breakfast.
Complimentary In-Room Wi-Fi is provided. In the case where a Property includes cost of Wi-Fi in a mandatory resort fee, the Card Member will receive a daily credit from the Property in the standard amount that the Property charges for Wi-Fi. The credit will be issued on the Card Members final statement upon check-out.
Benefit restrictions vary by Fine Hotels + Resorts property and cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless indicated. Advance reservations are recommended for services such as spa, dining or golf in order to take advantage of the Fine Hotels + Resorts special amenity during your stay. The Hotel Collection
Valid only for new The Hotel Collection bookings with participating providers of two or more consecutive nights made through the Centurion Travel Service or American Express Travel Online. Available only for the following American Express Card Members: Consumer and Business Platinum Card® Members and Consumer and Business Centurion® Members (“Eligible Card Members”). The term “Eligible Card Members” does not include Platinum Credit Card Members. Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card in the Eligible Card Members name.
