Cancel a stolen/lost/unused Card
This section helps you understand how to cancel a Card.
OVERVIEW
SELECT THE CARD TO CANCEL
1. Search and select the Card which you want to cancel. Please note that you can cancel multiple Cards at a time.
2. Click Cancel Card from the Common
Actions menu of the account summary page.
PROVIDE DATE AND REASON
Select the date for cancellation
Select the reason for cancellation.
Click Continue.
SUBMIT AND CLOSE
Once you have reviewed and confirmed the details, click Submit.
Note down the tracking number for future references
Click Close to complete the process
