The Carnival of the Green is a weekly blog phenomenon conceived of over pints of beer in London between Al Tepper of Natural Collection and Nick Aster of TriplePundit almost seven years ago. It travels from blog to blog every Monday.
TreeHugger became Carnival central in 2006 and points readers to the Carnival every time it rolls into town. If you’re a blogger and would like to join the green circus, sign up to host the Carnival.?
This week, Carnival of Green #182 is hosted by Green Building Elements and offers up a plethora of global green news. Check out David de Rothschild’s Smart Art Competition, tips on composting and how to turn a profit on Twitter, among other things.
If you’re just entering the green blogosphere, the Carnival is a great, diverse source of green news. If you’re already a green blogger (or green business owner), then being a Carnie might be an excellent way to plug into the community and drive readers to your site.
