Complimentary Year of Calm Premium

This offer is made by Calm and is for a complimentary year of Calm Premium subscription and half off the immediately following year of Calm Premium. To be eligible for this offer you must have a U.S. Consumer American Express Card, American Express Card issued in the U.S. by a third party (excluding Puerto Rico) or U.S. American Express Corporate Card (each, a “Card”) and no active auto-renewing Calm Premium subscription. To redeem the offer, you must visit calm.com/americanexpress and sign up for a new Calm account or sign in to your existing Calm account and subscribe to Calm Premium using your Card to verify your eligibility by December 31, 2020 at 11:59PM ET and you will receive a complimentary year of Calm Premium (currently $69.99 USD). After your complimentary year, your payment method on file will be auto-billed at half off the current Calm Premium subscription fee for the consecutive year. After that, your card will be auto-billed at Calm’s current regular price and will continue to be auto-billed each year at Calm’s current regular price thereafter, unless you cancel before the end of the relevant subscription term pursuant to Calm’s terms and conditions. Your Calm Premium subscription will continue to automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term, unless you cancel before the end of the relevant subscription term pursuant to Calm’s terms and conditions. If you are an American Express Corporate Card Member, you will be asked to input two Card numbers: your Corporate Card, which will be used to confirm eligibility, and a Card that will be saved for future billing cycles. Although you can input your Corporate Card number twice, you should only do so if your company’s expense policy permits you to charge a Calm Premium Subscription to your American Express Corporate Card. Any information you provide to Calm will be subject to Calm’s privacy policies and terms of use. Card Members can confirm the date of their renewal via the Calm website or in the app by logging in and clicking on “Settings” and making the appropriate selection, through “Manage Subscription” and following the instructions to cancel their subscription.
