This offer is made by Uber for a complimentary subscription to Eats Pass for up to 12 consecutive months (currently $9.99/month) for U.S. Consumer Basic Card Members with an American Express® Green Card, American Express® Gold Card, Platinum Card® or Centurion Card®. Additional Centurion Cards® are also eligible. Enrollment required. Eligible Card Members that have an active auto-renewing Eats Pass or Uber Pass subscription may enroll in this offer. Once enrolled in the complimentary Eats Pass, you will not be charged for your existing Eats Pass for up to 12 consecutive months. Enrollment in this offer is available until December 31, 2021.
To enroll in this offer, you must have downloaded or updated to the latest version of the Uber App or Uber Eats App. Once the app is downloaded, sign into your existing Uber account or sign up to create a new account. The method of payment in your Uber Account must include an eligible American Express Card in order to enroll in a complimentary subscription for Uber Eats Pass (currently $9.99/month) for up to 12 consecutive months by December 31, 2021. American Express Cards added to your Uber account through a third party such as Apple Pay or PayPal will not be eligible. Use your enrolled American Express Card to place your Uber Eats orders.
You are eligible for up to 12 consecutive months of complimentary Eats Pass subscription beginning on the date that you enroll in the offer in the Uber Eats app, subject to having an eligible American Express card on file in your Uber Eats app. It may take up to 24 hours for the Uber Eats Pass subscription to be available for use after you enroll in Uber Eats Pass.

The offer will still expire 12 months from the date you first enrolled in the offer.
If you transfer to another eligible American Express Card, your eligible Card expires or is replaced, or your card details change during your 12-month period of eligibility, you will need to remove your previous American Express Card and add your new Card details to continue enrollment in the Eats Pass subscription. This means that Uber will collect the then-applicable subscription fees by charging a credit card that Uber has on record for you without notifying you, unless notification is required by applicable law.
If you wish to confirm the date of your renewal or wish to cancel your Eats Pass subscription, you may do so within the Account Management Hub of the Eats Pass section in the Uber Eats App up to 24 hours prior to your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges or contact Uber.
