1 Rewards are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers, and Convenience Checks. Upon approval, please refer to the materials received with your new card and the Program Rules in the online Rewards Center by logging in to usbank.com for additional information. Account must be open and current (that is, no Minimum Payment is past due) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem FlexPoints. Merchants identify their business by selecting a merchant category code established by American Express. A Purchase will not earn additional FlexPoints if the merchant’s selected code is in a category that is not eligible for additional FlexPoints earning. U.S. Bank does not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserves the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional FlexPoints. We reserve the right to adjust the number of FlexPoints for Purchases or to stop issuing FlexPoints for Purchases on the Account, upon notice to you. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank FlexPerks Reserve American Express Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. U.S. Bank FlexPerks Reserve American Express Cardmembers will earn one (1) FlexPoint for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases. In addition, you will earn additional FlexPoints for the following Net Purchases: You will earn four (4) additional bonus FlexPoints for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations purchased in the online FlexPerks Rewards Center using your U.S. Bank FlexPerks Reserve Card. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus FlexPoints to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. You may earn two (2) additional FlexPoints for every $1 in Net Purchases during the current month’s billing cycle for any merchant that classifies itself as a Charitable and Social Service Organization. You may earn additional FlexPoints for purchases at merchants that are classified as: airlines, gas stations and electric vehicle charging stations or grocery stores (each, a “Category”). You may earn one (1) additional FlexPoint for every $1 in Net Purchases in the one Category in any given monthly billing cycle that has the highest total of Net Purchases charged to your Account (the “Highest Category”). Purchases at discount/retail stores that sell groceries may not qualify for the grocery store category. In addition, for any cellular services provider merchant, you may earn one (1) additional FlexPoint for every $1 in Net Purchases during each monthly billing cycle. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus FlexPoints to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the FlexPerks Rewards Center for full details. FlexPoints will expire at the end of the calendar quarter, at 11 p.m. Central Time, that is five (5) years from the date on which they were earned. FlexPoints are redeemed or expire on a first-in, first-out basis, so FlexPoints you earned first are used or expire before FlexPoints you earned later.
2 Each Cardmember year (meaning each 12 month period measured from the date the account was opened or an anniversary thereof), FlexPerks Reserve Cardmembers may receive a one-time complimentary airport lounge membership (up to a $500/year value).
