I have been traveling since childhood to destinations all over the world. As an aging baby boomer, I have become part of the movement to stay active and healthy in all aspects of my life. I want to continue traveling – well into my 80s – and know that the only way to achieve this goal is through healthy eating, plenty of exercise and mindful practice of yoga and meditation.
