Use the forms on this page to easily submit new and change requests for things like Express Cash, Direct Debit, and Program Management.
If a Cardholder wants to be able to withdraw cash, they can fill in this form and return it to corporateservices.be@aexp.com. Both the Cardholder and the Program Administrator must sign this document. As a Program Administrator send an e-mail to belgiumcommercialservicing.nl@aexp.com.
There are additional costs associated with the use of Express Cash. These additional costs amount to 3.9% of the amount withdrawn, with a minimum of € 3.10. If you make a Charge that is submitted to us in a currency other than Euro, we will apply a currency conversion rate to the Charge and a non-Euro transaction fee of 2.5%.
If you return this completed and signed document, the amount will be deducted from your bank account at a predetermined time after the end of the month. This way you can avoid late payment charges.
You can use this form to add, remove or change data or authorisations for a Program Administrator (PA) for your account(s).
You can fill in this form if you want to inform us of a new travel agency for the American Express Business Travel Account.
This form allows you to give a power of attorney on your American Express Card Account.
