Offer Terms & Conditions

1. 20% savings on a la carte menu after 6pm from Monday to Friday and all day from Saturday to Sunday and 15% savings on "AMEX Exclusive Dinner Menu" after 6pm from Monday to Sunday (collectively, “Offers”) are valid from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To enjoy the Offers, payment must be settled with The Platinum Card^® or American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong ( the "Eligible Cards”, such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period.
   
3. Offers are not applicable on December 24, 25 and December 31, 2019, February 14, 2020 and other designated days, please check with restaurant for details.
   
4. Offers are applicable to dine-in consumption at AMMO. Excluding all beverages, wines, festive products, discounted food items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, catering services, banquets, private banquests, special events and takeaways (including unfinished portion of food items ordered). Any unfinished food item requested for takeaway is not eligible for this discunt offer and the full price of the said item will be applied.
   
5. Each Eligible Cardmember can only enjoy the Offers for one table on each occasion, with the number of diners (including the Eligible Cardmember) being no more than 12. Special table arrangement, splitting of table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offers.
   
6. Children aged 3 years or above will be considered as 1 diner for the purpose of this Offers.
   
7. 10% service charge applies (based on the original price).
   
8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
   
9. Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability. Cardmembers must specify the use of Offers at the time of making a reservation.
   
10. AMMO is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or service herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the complimentary offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
12. American Express and AMMO reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    
13. In case of any dispute, American Express and AMMO reserve the right of final decision.
    
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
