1. The offer (as defined in clause 2) is only applicable to the Cardmembers of The Platinum Card® issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards” and accordingly the “Eligible Cardmembers”).
2. From January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 15% savings on food and beverage consumption during dinner period at The Tai Pan, Garden Lounge and Murray Lane during the Promotion Period (“The offer”).
3. The offer is applicable to dinner period only.
   The Tai Pan: 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
   Garden Lounge: 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
   Murray Lane: 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
4. To be eligible for the offer, payment must be made with Eligible Card.
5. The offer is applicable to bookings or visits of 2 to 7 guests per table and can only be used once per table per transaction. Splitting bill is not allowed.
6. 10% service charge applies based on original price.
7. The offer is for dine-in consumption only and is subject to availability.
8. Blackout dates applied: January 1, February 5 – 7, 14, April 19 – 22, May 12, June 16, September 14, December 24 – 26 & 31, 2019.
9. The offer is not applicable to the purchase of mooncakes, hampers and vouchers.
10. The offer is not applicable to catering service, banquets, private banquets and special events.
11. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and services.
12. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
13. Guests must mention this offer at the time of booking and reserve at least 24 hours in advance.
14. The Murray Hotel’s Guest Relations team will contact the Eligible Cardmember prior to his/her booking to reconfirm the reservation. They understand plans do change, therefore if Eligible Cardmember do need to cancel or reschedule, please do contact the restaurant prior to the appointed reservation as the table will be released after 15 minutes from the time of booking.
15. Please inform the restaurant of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements to enable them to tailor the dining experience accordingly.
16. Child policy:   
    a. The Tai Pan welcomes families with children aged 6 and above.
    b. Murray Lane welcomes families with children of all ages before 6 p.m. and children aged 16 or above need to accompanied by an adult after 6 p.m.
    c. Garden Lounge welcomes families with children of all ages
17. Special requests and seating are subject to availability.
18. The Murray, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
19. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the complimentary offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. American Express and The Murray, Hong Kong reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
21. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and The Murray, Hong Kong shall be final.
22. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

10% off the Best Available Rate at any room type

   (“Eligible Cards” and accordingly the “Eligible Cardmembers”).
2. From January 1 to December 31, 2019 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), Eligible
   Cardmembers can enjoy 10% off the Best Available Rate at any room type for stays between
   January 1 and December 31, 2019 (“The Offer”).
   
3. Blackout Dates apply: March 26 – 29, 2019.
4. To be eligible for the offer, payment must be made with the Eligible Cards.
   
5. Rate is on a per room per night basis and subject to 10% service charge.
6. Advance reservation is required.
7. Promotion code “PAMEX10” must be quoted at the time of reservation.
   
8. Reservations are subject to availability.
9. Amendment or cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to 6pm (hotel local time) on date of
   arrival to avoid one-night cancellation charge.
10. The Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be used retroactively.
    
11. The Offer is not applicable to group bookings.
