2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^®  Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
   
   
3. To place order, please visit designated website to place your order online or purchase at the following restaurants during designated Promotion Periods:

4. Offer is limited and while stocks last. Terms and conditions prescribed by Cuisine Cuisine/ Tsui Hang Village apply, please refer to the relevant vouches for details.


5. Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the vouchers. Missing vouchers will not be re-issued.
   


6. Chinese New Year Pudding vouchers are available for sale until January 31, 2024, while stocks last. Vouchers redemption is only available at the following redemption period and will be invalid after the expiry date of the promotion: January 30 to February 8, 2024.
   In-store Chinese New Year Puddings are available for sale from January 30 to February 9, 2024 while stocks last.


7. After the order is successfully placed at physical store, Eligible Cardmembers will receive the printed vouchers with receipts for redemption during the designated collection period. For order that is placed via the online store, Eligible Cardmember will receive a confirmation email. Valid email with or Chinese New Year Pudding voucher(s) must be presented upon redemption. Each valid email/ voucher can be used once only. The used Voucher will be collected. All Vouchers will be invalid after the expiry date of the promotion.


8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges or frequent flyer programs.


9. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. Discounts are not accumulative.


10. Cuisine Cuisine/ Tsui Hang Village is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 


11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
12. American Express and Cuisine Cuisine/ Tsui Hang Village reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

14. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Cuisine Cuisine/ Tsui Hang Village shall be final.
    
    
15. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
