- A booking deposit is to be paid during booking, and cannot be used towards the payment of the instalment plan.
- Payments under the Interest-Free Instalment Program only includes hospital fees, and does not include doctors fees.
- To be eligible for the Interest-Free Instalment Program, the value of the hospital fees must reach a minimum of HK$2,000 (excluding booking deposit and doctors fees) and settle the full payment with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Cards”). Cardmembers who settling with American Express® US Dollar Card, American Express® Corporate Card, American Express® Gold Business Card, American Express® Business Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are NOT eligible to this instalment program. American Express Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to this instalment program.
- For the Interest-Free Instalment Program, payment can be made in installations over a period of 12 months.
- Unless otherwise specified, the offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts by the Hospital.
