1. HK$100 instant savings upon total purchase of HK$1,000 or more and HK$200 instant savings upon total purchase of HK$2,000 or more on regular priced items in a single transaction at LEGO^® Certified Stores in Hong Kong (“Off­ers”) are valid from November 25, 2019 to December 31, 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”)
2. Payments must be settled in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible American Express Cards”), in order to enjoy the Off­ers. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Corporate Card, American Express^® Gold Business Card, American Express^® Business Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Off­er. Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited or Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the O­ffers.
3. Off­ers cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or other promotional off­ers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. Products cannot be exchanged or returned upon purchase. 
5. Kidsland LCS Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the off­ers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
6. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is su­ffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Off­er, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
7. American Express and Kidsland LCS Limited reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
8. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Kdsland LCS Limited shall be final. 
9. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
