American Express Corporate Card Program’s online platform @ Work has gained a reputation for functionality, efficiency and speed. By now users know they can view their accounts at a glance, upgrade, suspend or cancel a card, set limits and alerts and analyze spending habits.

But there’s more. Here are five things you didn’t know you could do on @ Work.

1. Choose From Three Different Dashboards

You can dig deeper into your spending by choosing a different dashboard. The Program dashboard gives you a more in-depth look at how much each member is spending, who are the top spenders, those who are overdue or over the limit. The Suppliers dashboard shows how much you’re spending at each supplier and which industry they’re in, along with other data on suppliers. The Compliance dashboard focuses on delinquent members who are over limit or late with payments, which vendors they have been overspending at and their track record in past months.

2. Real Time Exposure

The exposure figure on your home page is real time, not based on close-of-business settlement and reporting. Individual Card member exposures are also real time, so you always know exactly where you are in relation to your credit limit.

3. View Data in One Glance

Your home page on @ Work shows that card members are overdue, and graphs display the amount you owe. If you click on the bar in the graph, the program will reveal which exact accounts are overdue, the full details of that card member and their statement as well as their card status.

4. Statements Instant Check

The most recent six months of statements and data is always instantly available, but you can request historical statements for up to seven years in the past. Simply trigger an online request and we’ll deliver the information to you, in your choice of PDF or Excel format, within 24 hours.

5. Customizing Alerts

You can set up custom alerts for notifying transactions. So that you will be informed once any important transctions are done. In addition, you could be alerts when there is a global incident and to check where your employees are in the world to ensure their safety.
