Chef's Story
From Paris to Tokyo, DUCASSE Restaurants boast over 20 high flavoured addresses. The origins of DUCASSE Restaurant lie in Chef Alain Ducasse’s desire to feed his contemporaries by offering a 'cuisine of the essential' that glorifies the produce’s authentic flavours. The restaurants have their own editorial line, originally set by Alain Ducasse then fed by the personality and mood of the chef he appoints to direct them.

- Reservations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Card Member will be subject to the restaurant’s cancellation policy, which will be communicated to the Card Member by Concierge at the time of booking. Concierge is not responsible for informing the restaurant of your dietary restrictions or for the restaurant being able to accommodate the restrictions; we do ask that you provide this information directly to the restaurant
- This benefit is applicable to American Express Card members holding one of the following Cards and whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Card member ("Card member") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding one of the following Cards in India, issued in India by American Express® (“Card”)
- The American Express® Centurion Card
- The American Express® Platinum Card
- The benefit is not available for Cardmembers holding any other Cards issued by American Express The benefit is being offered purely on a “best effort” basis. - Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.

American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
