Inspired by Chef Daniel’s time spent throughout Switzerland, California, and New York City, NoMad Hotel’s restaurant is rooted in the same traditions found at the critically acclaimed Eleven Madison Park. The restaurant is comprised of a series of rooms surrounding a glass-enclosed atrium with a refined, yet approachable menu.

to become the executive chef at Campton Place in San Francisco. Three years later, he moved to New York to become the executive chef at Eleven Madison Park.

Over the course of Daniel’s tenure, he and Eleven Madison Park have received numerous accolades, including four stars from the New York Times, seven James Beard Foundation Awards, three Michelin Stars, and the #1 spot on the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Since opening in 2012, NoMad New York has garnered three stars from the New York Times, one Michelin Star, and a James Beard Foundation Award.
