As a Platinum Cardmember, you are entitled to a complimentary membership in Priority PassTM, one of the world’s largest independent airport lounge access programme.
This allows you and your Supplementary Cardmember to wait for your flight in a relaxed atmosphere in one of the 1300 Priority Pass lounges around the world.
To enroll for the Supplementary Cardmember, submit the enrollment form below.
Note: It is applicable to only one Supplementary Cardmember. For Basic Cardmember, the Priority Pass membership is auto-enrolled.
Once enrolled, simply present your Digital Priority Pass membership card and boarding pass for complimentary access*.
*Complimentary lounge access through Priority PassTM will be at lounges located outside India.
Lounge access within India through Priority PassTM will be payable at a prevailing rate of US$ 35 per Cardmember/Guest per visit
These Terms and Conditions govern Platinum Cardmembers' participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. The Priority Pass™ Card is not transferable and is only valid up to its date of expiry and when it has been signed by the Cardholder. The Priority Pass™ Card is not a payment Card nor is it proof of creditworthiness and attempts to use it as such could constitute fraud. Admittance to the lounges is conditional upon presentation of a valid Priority Pass™ Card only. You will be charged $35 for any additional guests. By enrolling in Priority Pass, you agree that you will be responsible for any additional accompanying guest visits and that your Card will be automatically charged after you have signed for the additional guest visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass program and may use this information for communications related to the program. Lounge Access through Priority Pass™ within India will be payable at a prevailing rate of US$ 35 per guest per visit. Priority Pass membership for Platinum Cardmember is complimentary for the Basic Cardmember and One Supplementary Cardmember . While the Basic Cardmember are auto enrolled and the One Supplementary Cardmember must enrol into Priority Pass. Once enrolled, Platinum Cardmembers in good standing may access participating Priority Pass lounges by presenting your Priority Pass card and airline boarding pass. In case, card is again swiped within 1 hour of previous lounge transaction (any lounge), system will deny complimentary access. In some lounges, Priority Pass member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package within 4-6 weeks, and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com.
Priority Pass is sent through normal mail and tracking details are not available. If the Card Member does not receive the card within 10–15 business days, they may contact us for a replacement card. In the meantime, the Card Member can download and use the digital Priority Pass, which provides the same functionality as the physical card.
Please note effective 22nd June 2020, Cardmembers may only use Means of Access once in a two-hour period within the same arrival or departure location.
