You can securely change your PIN online by logging into your Account. Go to the ‘Account management’ section and click on ‘Change PIN’.
Please remember, you will need to enter your old PIN* one final time, at a merchant store for a Chip and PIN transaction.
Your new PIN will be updated automatically on the Chip of your Card for all subsequent transactions.
* If your Card is eligible for cash advances & your first transaction is an ATM withdrawal, you may use your new PIN immediately.
