  • This offer is open to all American Express Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
  • This offer is also valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India and/or Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express (“Network Cards”) issued in India.
  • This programme is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
  • All the offers in this programme will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
  • This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Card members are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
  • American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Card members under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly.   • Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

  • Get flat 15% discount on room stays at best available rates at participating properties of Shilton Hotels.
  • The offer is applicable only at the following properties – Shilton Suites Hotel, Ulsoor, Bangalore and Shilton Royale Hotel, Koramangala, Bangalore.
  • The offer is valid for bookings and stays from June 28, 2019 to December 24, 2019.
  • This offer is valid only on reservations made through reservation email ID: sales@shiltonhotels.com  or by calling Shilton Hotels reservations desk at +91 8040607777.
  • This offer is applicable for supplementary cards as well.
  • The discount offer is applicable on the amount exclusive of taxes.
  • There is no upper limit on the maximum discount per transaction.
  • There is no upper limit in number of times a Cardmember can avail the offer during the offer period.
  • The offer is applicable on all room categories.
  • Cardmember’s must carry a valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
  • To avail the offer, it’s not mandate for the Cardmember to make a stay at the hotel.
  • To avail the offer, Cardmember’s need to announce the offer at the time of reservation and before final payment is made, at the time of checkout.
  • The payment must be paid using American Express Card at the time of checkout.
  • There are no blackout dates.
  • The discount on rooms cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers and promotion on the website.
  • Shilton hotels will not entertain accommodation for unmarried couples.
  • Shilton Hotels Check-in and check-out policy:
  • Check-In and Check Out time is 12 noon. 
  • Late checkout up to 14:00 hours will be provided at no extra cost, subject to availability. 
  • Checkout after 14:00 hours is subject to the following charges: 50% of the room rate between 1400-1800 hours, and 100% after 1800 hours.
  • All check-in prior to 08:00 hours will be billed (1-night charge) from the previous night. Check-in after 08:00 hours and prior to 12 noon, accommodation will be provided subject to availability.    
  • Shilton Hotels cancellation/no-show policy: Shilton Hotel reserves the right to levy one night's room charge and taxes applicable thereof as cancellation or no-show charges unless reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to the check in date.
  • Further details related to refund and cancellation policy will be shared with the Cardmember at the time of reservation.
