• This offer is open to all American Express Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is not valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is also valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.
• American Express reserves the right to decline all or any jewellery transactions
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the Terms and Conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express® Card. No cash alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.
• Any query regarding the offer will not be entertained post 30 days from transaction date

• Get 100 gm Silver Coin on purchase of Platinum Jewellery worth Rs. 50,000 and above at GRT stores (inclusive of making charges).
• The offer is valid from Sept 26, 2019 till Oct 27, 2019. (both dates included)
• The Cardmember can avail the offer at GRT stores (http://www.grtjewels.com/store-locator/).
• The offer is applicable on supplementary card as well, however only once per card during the offer period.
• EMI is not available on jewellery transaction.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• Discount cannot be redeemed in cash. The entire payment needs to be made through American Express Card.
• This offer is not valid for online purchases.
• There are no blackout dates applicable.
• All government levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the Cardmember as applicable at the time when the respective Programs were offered.
• This offer is only valid if the complete payment of the transaction is done by The American Express Card.
• This offer is valid on all Platinum Jewellery products only.
• This offer is only applicable on the invoice value of RS 50,000 and above and to be charged in full on American Express Card.
• The Cardmember must announce before billing that he would be availing the benefit under the offer.
• Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for participation in this offer. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. A Cardmember without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein
•  Cardmember will be given 100 Grams of Silver Coin on minimum transaction of INR 50,000 on all Platinum Jewellery purchases (Inclusive of All government levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc.,)
• Cardmember will be given silver coin by Merchant at store only and authentication regarding purity of the coin will be fulfilled by the Merchant. American express will not be held liable for the same.
