  1. How can I view my transaction history?

    You may call our Customer Service helpline 0008004402191 (within India) and request for a transaction history. Please allow us 25 business days to share the same.

  2. Will I receive a statement for my American Express GlobalTravel Card transactions?

    Statements are not issued, but you can ask for your transaction history by calling Customer Service at any time.

  3. How can I get a refund of my balance?

    Cards were cancelled on 1st November 2016 as per the intimation sent to Card member via email to the email id provided at the point of purchase and physical letter was dispatched on the last known address in June 2016. An Indian Rupee cheque was dispatched to the cardmember's attention by December 2016, to the last known address on our system.

  4. What if I have not received the refund cheque?

    You may call our customer service helpline, provide the card number and clear the verification process. The customer service representative will take down your request for the re-issuance of the Indian Rupee cheque.

    Cardmember can also update their new address for the reissued cheque to be sent and/or change of name to appear on the reissued cheques by calling the customer service helpline. Cardmember would be required to submit self attested government issued (KYC) know your customer documentation to enable us process the claim. Do note that the Indian Rupee cheque will be re-issued with the same value as originally issued

  5. How soon can I get the refund cheque reissued?

    Please allow us 25 business days from the date of your submission of valid KYC documents to reissue the cheque. Do note that the Indian Rupee cheque will be re-issued with the same value as originally issued subject to the receipt of your Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation
