BLACKPINK BORNPINK Pop-up Experience American Express 카드 회원 혜택 약관 (국문)

해당 혜택은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 보증이나 보장 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 혜택은 선착순으로 제공됩니다. American Express 는 모든 카드 회원 또는 개인에 대한 모든 혜택을 보장하지 않습니다. 혜택은 현금으로 교환하거나 양도하거나 대체할 수 없습니다. 혜택은 언제든지 취소되거나 수정될 수 있습니다. 법으로 금지된 곳에서는 법적 효력이 없습니다.

1.American Express 카드 회원 얼리 엑세스 (선입장)

BLACKPINK Shop 얼리 엑세스는 American Express 카드 회원에게만 제공됩니다. 얼리 엑세스를 하려면 직원에게 유효한 American Express 카드를 제시해야 합니다. American Express 선불카드는 해당되지 않습니다. 해당 얼리 엑세스는 일반 고객 오픈 시간보다 1시간 전부터 가능합니다. 카드 회원은 얼리 엑세스 시 1명의 동반자와 함께 혜택을 즐길 수 있습니다. American Express 카드 회원은 American Express Card 얼리 엑세스 시간 동안 구매 의무가 없습니다. 본 혜택의 이행은 전적으로 BLACKPINK Shop 직원이 담당합니다.

2. American Express 카드 회원 전용 체크아웃 라인

American Express 전용 결제 창구는 카드 회원만 이용 가능합니다. (동반자는 불가) 카드 회원은 유효한 American Express 카드를 제시하여 전용 결제 라인에 액세스할 수 있으며, 구매 시 해당 카드를 사용해야 합니다. American Express 선불카드는 해당되지 않습니다.

3. 구매 시 토트백 무료 증정

BLACKPINK Shop에서 구매하시는 모든 분들께 토트백을 증정합니다 (재고 소진 시까지). 1인당 토트백은 1개로 제한됩니다. 제한된 1개의 토트백 이상의 상품을 얻으려는 시도는 본 혜택에서 제외될 수 있습니다. 모든 구매는 최종적이며 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

4. American Express 익스클루시브 상품

American Express 카드 회원은 재고 소진시까지 익스클루시브 상품을 구매할 수 있습니다. 해당 익스클루시브 상품은 American Express 카드를 사용하여 구매해야 합니다. 카드 회원당 품목은 2개로 제한됩니다. 제한된 2개 상품 이상의 품목을 획득하려는 시도는 본 혜택에서 제외될 수 있습니다. 모든 구매는 최종적이며 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

5. American Express 독점 – 구매 시 스티커

BLACKPINK Shop 에서 American Express 카드로 구매하는 American Express 카드 회원에게는 재고 소진 시까지 무료 스티커가 제공됩니다. 카드 회원당 스티커 1개로 제한됩니다. 본 약관을 위반하여 제한된 1개 스티커 이상의 스티커를 얻으려고 시도하는 카드 회원은 본 행사 이용 자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.

BLACKPINK BORNPINK Pop-up Experience American Express Benefit Terms and Conditions

These benefits are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Benefits are provided on a first come, first serve basis. American Express does not guarantee every Card Member or individual will be able to redeem every benefit. Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted. Benefits may be canceled or modified at any time. Void where prohibited by law.

1. American Express Card Member Early Access

Early access to the BLACKPINK Shop is available only to American Express Card Members. To gain access, you must present a staff member with a valid American Express Card. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Card Member Early Access will be for one (1) hour prior to the general public opening hours. Card Members are permitted to bring one (1) guest with them to the early access hour. American Express Card Members are not required to purchase during the American Express Early Access hour. Fulfillment of this benefit is the sole responsibility of the BLACKPINK Shop staff. 

2.American Express Card Member Dedicated Checkout Line

The dedicated checkout line is only available for Card Members (guests are not permitted). Card Members may obtain access to the dedicated checkout line by showing any valid American Express Card and must use their Card to purchase. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible.

3. Complimentary Tote Bag with Purchase

Anyone who makes a purchase at the BLACKPINK Shop will receive a complimentary tote bag, while supplies last. Limit one (1) tote bag per person. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) tote bag may be disqualified from this offer. All purchases are final.

4.American Express Exclusive Merchandise

American Express Card Members will have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive merchandise item, while supplies last. Exclusive item must be purchased using an American Express Card. Limit two (2) items per Card Member. Any attempt to obtain more than two (2) items may be disqualified from this offer. All purchases are final.

5. American Express Exclusive – Sticker with Purchase

American Express Card Members who make a purchase with an American Express Card at the BLACKPINK Shop will receive a complimentary sticker, while supplies last. Limit one (1) sticker per Card Member. Any Card Member attempting to obtain more than one (1) sticker in violation of these terms may be disqualified from this offer.

Only individuals 18 or over may apply for an American Express Card.
