이용약관 한글 요약

1. 아멕스카드로 US$150 이상 사용 사용할 경우 아마존에서 판매하는 “유효한 상품(아래 약관 참조)”에 대해서US$25 할인 혜택을 제공합니다. 단, 배송 및 handling 비용, 세금, 관세, 포장비용 또는 기타 비용을 제외한 금액에 대해서 할인이 적용됩니다.

 

2. “유효한 상품”이란 AmazonGlobal (Amazon.com으로 표기)을 통해서 Amazon.com에서 제공하는 물품 및 Amazon Export Sales LLC에서 판매 및 한국으로 배송되는 물품을 말하며, 디지털 컨텐츠, Kindle 기계 장치, 악세사리 또는 기프트 카드 구매의 경우 할인혜택에서 제외됩니다. 

 

3. 프로모션 시작은 한국시간 기준 2018. 9. 1 12:01 a.m.부터이며, 선착순 7,500거래건에 대해서만 할인이 제공됩니다. 프로모션 종료일자는 한국시간 기준2018.9.30 11:59 p.m 또는 선착순 7,500건 거래 완료 2가지 조건중에서 먼저 종료되는 조건이 종료일자로 간주됩니다. 

 

4. 할인헤택을 받기 위해서는 체크아웃시 유효한 아멕스카드로 promotion code 'AMEXSK25’ 를 입력해야됩니다. ‘유효한 카드’라 함은 한국에서 발급받은 결제가능한 아멕스카드를 말합니다.

 

5. 관련법령에 따라 아마존 및 아멕스는 언제든지 제공 혜택 대해서 취소 또는 변경할 수 있으며, 이용약관도 변경될 수 있습니다. 분쟁이 발생할 경우 아마존 및 아멕스의 결정에 따릅니다. 

 

6. 제공되는 할인혜택은 아마존 account당 1회에 한해서 제공됩니다. 배송 및 handling 비용, 포장비용, 세금, 관세 또는 기타 비용에 경우 할인 혜택이 제공되지 않습니다.

 

7. 구매하신 물품은 한국내 단일주소로 배송되어야 합니다. 

 

8. 동 혜택은 양도 및 재 판매가 불가합니다. 

 

9. 이용약관에 대해서 위배할 경우 동 프로모션은 유효하지 않습니다.

 

10. 동 프로모션을 통해서 구매한 물품에 대해 환불을 요청할 경우, 물품을 구매한 구매가에 대해서 환불을 해드립니다. 환불조건은 아마존 환불 정책을 따릅니다. (refund policies.)

 

11.  관련 법령 및 법규에 의해서 금지할 경우 동 프로모션은 무효가 됩니다 .

 

12. 아멕스는 어떠한 경우에서도 동 프로모션에서 명시한 물품 및 서비스를 제공하지 않으며, 아마존 제품이나 서비스에 대해 어떠한 진술 또는 보증도 제공하지 않습니다.  

 

13. 아멕스는 결제기능만 제공하며, 어떠한 경우에도 아마존에서 제공하는 혜택에 대한 이용 조건 또는 물품구매 및 서비스에 대해서 책임이 없습니다

Promotion Terms & Conditions:

 

General Terms and Conditions

1.  Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy US$25 (or its local currency equivalent) off the purchase price of Eligible Products (as defined below), before shipping and handling fees, taxes, duties, gift wrap charges or other fees, with a minimum spend of US$150 (or its local currency equivalent) (“Offer”).

 

2. “Eligible Products” means products offered for sale by Amazon.com and shipped and sold by Amazon Export Sales LLC to [South Korea] through AmazonGlobal, as indicated on Amazon.com, excluding purchase of digital content, Kindle devices and accessories, or gift cards.

3. The Offer commences on September 1, 2018 at 12:01 a.m. South Korea Standard Time and is only available to the first 7,500 transactions. The Offer will expire on September 30, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. South Korea Standard Time, or when the available promotional discounts have been fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.

4. To redeem the Offer, enter the promotion code AMEXSK25 at checkout and make your payment with an Eligible Card. “Eligible Cards” means American Express Cards issued in South Korea by licensees of American Express Limited (“American Express”).  

 

5. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Amazon and American Express reserve the right to modify or cancel the Offer and/or change the terms and conditions at any time. Should there be any dispute, the decision of Amazon and American Express shall be final.

6. The Offer is restricted to one discount redemption per Amazon account. The Offer does not apply to shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges, taxes, duties, or other fees.

7.  Items must be shipped to a single address in South Korea

8.  The Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.

9.  If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid.

10. If any of the products or content related to this promotion is returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.

11. The Offer will be void where prohibited by applicable law or regulations.

 

12. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or any services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
