Earning points
With a Corporate Card, your company can earn rewards on virtually all employee spend, including supplier payments, client lunches, government payments, and more.
Reward your employees by allowing them to redeem the points earned on their enrolled Card in place of your company.
Once enrolled, Card Members will earn Membership Rewards points on all purchases made on their Corporate Card, with occasional opportunities to earn Bonus Points.2
Redeeming points
From flights and accommodation to gift cards and shopping – there’s a world of ways your company’s points can be redeemed.
Points may also be transferred to a range of airline frequent flyer and hotel frequent guest programmes3, depending on the Corporate Rewards programme a Card is enrolled in.

Corporate Membership Rewards for companies:
a. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Corporate Membership Rewards programme available at www.americanexpress.com/en-nz/rewards/membership-rewards/terms . Corporate Membership Rewards enrolment required (an annual fee applies). Enrolment in the programme is not automatic. Industry-specific earn rate may apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example, a payment made to Local Government bodies processed through a payment aggregator may earn rates at the government earn rate. There may be tax implications associated with your participation in the Membership Rewards programme. You are advised to check with your accountant or tax adviser for further information.

Membership Rewards programmes for employees:
a. Membership Rewards enrolment required (an annual fee applies). Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards programme available at www.americanexpress.com/en-nz/rewards/membership-rewards/terms . Your Company must allow participation in Membership Rewards to be eligible to enrol. You must enrol yourself and cannot delegate someone else in your Company to do so on your behalf.

Industry-specific earn rate may apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example, a payment made to Local Government bodies processed through a payment aggregator may earn rates at the government earn rate.

You are advised to check with your accountant or tax adviser for further information. - Airline Frequent Flyer & Hotels: To transfer Membership Rewards points into an Airline Rewards or Frequent Guest Partner Programme you must be enrolled in Membership Rewards and be a member of the Partner Programme. Membership of the Partner Programme is the Card Member's responsibility and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable Programme. A joining fee may apply.
