  12. Monthly installment due on Book Now Pay Later installment transaction together with monthly interest and penalty charge (if any) will be billed to the Cardmember starting on the second (2nd) monthly billing statement cycle after transaction/purchase date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.
  13. All installment transactions are subject to bank approval.
  14. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate the Cardmember’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the installment transactions, provided that the Cardmember’s total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. In addition, a corresponding installment processing fee of five percent (5%) of the total remaining balance or Php300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardmember’s pertinent American Express Card. After BDO has approved the Cardmember’s request to charge the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortizations on the installment transaction, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding installment processing fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle of the American Express Card and must be paid in full.
  15. Only one (1) qualified American Express Card may be used per single-receipt transaction and only one (1) qualified American Express Card will be accepted per Cardmember per visit even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified BDO Card. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts or freebies is prohibited.
  16. BDO reserves the right to charge the cost of the Freebies, at prevailing retail price, to the Cardmember's American Express Card or collect the cost from the Cardmember if he/she cancels the straight or installment transactions at a later date or resells the Freebies.
  17. For the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher. In compliance to Section 4 of R.A. 9994, otherwise known as the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010.

  15. To finalize booking, the Cardmember must completely fill out and sign a Booking Agreement Form and submit to the Travel Agency. Otherwise, booking request will not be processed.
  16. A copy of a valid passport is required for international booking. For domestic travel, a valid ID must be presented upon request of the Travel Agency, the hotel/ resort upon check-in, and/or upon airline check-in.
  17. For travel packages that require a Visa, the American Express Cardmember must process the Visa application and comply with any Visa Application procedures set by the respective Travel Agency.
  18. The travel Agency shall not be held liable for any omissions to purchased tour packages brought by the passengers' improper travel documentation, improper conduct, invalid credentials, and tardiness, without prejudice to the Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights and the International Airline Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Rights Regulations.
  19. The tour voucher and airline tickets shall be sent through email or fax to Cardmembers three (3) to four (4) working days after finalization and settlement of transaction amount.
  20. Restricted airline tickets have eight (8) days validity. The Terms and Conditions of International airlines are subject to the International Airline Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Rights Regulations. In addition, domestic airlines and routes, terms and conditions of Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights shall also apply.
  21. No changes can be made 48 hours prior to departure.
  22. All changes in finalized bookings are subject to penalties and charges from the airline and tour operator.
  23. Travel packages for other destinations, not featured here, may also be availed at regular rates.
  24. Travel packages must be booked within the promotion period.
  25. Approved transactions can no longer be reversed or cancelled. Revisions and/or rebooking on the tour itinerary may be allowed subject to approval of the Travel Agency.

  11. Ensure that the transaction date, transaction amount, and 6-digit approval code on the charge slip are readable upon redemption. BDO shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, lost, faded or stolen charge slip/s.
