3. The spend requirement may be single or accumulated overseas purchases. For accumulated purchases, the required minimum spend amount per transaction is Php3,000 or USD60 based on the actual Peso or Dollar value reflected on the Billing Statement.

    • Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like

    • Business-related transactions
    • Any transactions used to register or redeem from other on-going BDO Credit Card Promos

5. Purchases must come from one (1) qualified American Express Credit Card.  A Basic Card account is treated separately from the Supplementary Card account. Thus, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers are not allowed to combine their transactions for redemption of the complimentary item.  The Basic or Supplementary Cardmember must be able to provide separate information of the transaction/s that reflect their corresponding American Express Credit Cardnumbers.
6. Combining of transactions from two (2) or more qualified American Express Credit Cards under the same name and/or card account, whether Basic Cardmember, Supplementary Cardmember or both, for the purpose of reaching the spend requirement is NOT allowed.
7. Each Cardmember, regardless if he/she is the Basic Cardmember, Supplementary Cardmember or both, and regardless if he/she is issued with more than one (1) qualified Card under the same name and/or card account, is only entitled to a one-time redemption of one (1) complimentary item within the promotion period.
8. A Cardmember can only avail of one (1) complimentary item throughout the duration of the program, regardless if the spend is over and beyond the minimum spend. In case the Cardmember is found by BDO to have made more than one (1) redemption, submitted incomplete or invalid requirements, redeemed using fraudulent schemes or cancels any or all of the qualifying purchases, BDO reserves the right to charge the cost of the complimentary item redeemed at its full price to the Basic and Supplementary Cardmember's BDO American Express Credit Card or directly collect the cost from the Basic or Supplementary Cardmember.  
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of American Express, BDO Credit Cards, and Stores Specialists, Inc. Transaction/s and charge slip/s used to register and/or avail of any BDO Credit Card promotion (including SM's 3-day Sale, Activation Offers, BDO Treats Promotion, American Express Treats Promotion, etc.) can no longer be used to redeem the complimentary item in this promotion and vice versa. 
10. The American Express Credit Card used for qualifying transactions should be active and of good credit standing at the time of redemption.
11. In case of dispute pertaining to, but not limited to, the Cardmember's eligiblity, coverage of dates, transaction qualification, fulfillment, etc., BDO's decision will prevail.  All questions or disputes regarding the Cardmember's eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.

REDEMPTION MECHANICS
1. Click here to enroll and completely fill-out the Web Registration Form until June 30, 2020 with the following information:

Note: For proper validation, Cardmember should ensure to input the correct PROMO ID sent by BDO via BDO Deals    SMS, otherwise, registration will not be processed.
       
2. For qualified Cardmembers, upon successful receipt and validation of the Web Registration Form, an SMS confirmation with the randomly generated 8-digit numeric Promotion Code will be sent to their mobile numbers which will be presented at the preferred redemption outlet.
3. Only the transactions listed in the Web Registration Form will be validated. If the registered transactions did not meet the required spend, redemption will not be processed.
4. Transactions registered in the Web Registration Form will automatically be tagged as redeemed and can no longer be used to redeem any complimentary item or be used in any BDO Credit Card promotion.
5. Once the Web Registration Form has been submitted to BDO, change of preferred treat is not allowed. Once redeemed, cancellation of redemption is not allowed.
6. A qualified Cardmember may only redeem one (1) complimentary item in his/her preferred redemption outlet at the time of redemption.
7. To claim the complimentary item, the Cardmember must:
    • Present his/her qualified American Express Credit Card at participating redemption outlets, which will be swiped for validation. No additional charges will be incurred upon redemption validation.
    • Present the SMS confirmation with the Promotion Code from BDO. Note that Cardmembers will be asked to delete the SMS after claiming the treat.
    • Present and submit one (1) Valid Photo ID – can be any of the following: SSS/BIR/PRC ID/ Company ID, Senior Citizen ID or Passport (name must match with the American Express Credit Card presented).

8. The Promotion Code is for one-time use and Cardmember may redeem only within the stated redemption period. Any unused Promotion Code after the redemption period will be forfeited.
9. The Promotion Code may only be used to redeem regular-priced luggage and bag items and therefore not valid during store sale events. The Promotion Code cannot be used to redeem travel accessories and is not applicable for further discount.  
10. The complimentary item redeemed in this promotion are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • The items are tax-free, non-refundable, not available nor convertible to cash purchase, not available for re-sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • For one-time use & outright redemption only
    • The redeemed items are subject to the applicable warranties of American Tourister.

8. Earning and crediting of Bonus Membership Rewards® Points or Asia Miles:
    • A minimum of P35,000 total single or cumulative local supermarket, gas station, drugstore and select coffee shop transactions  (no minimum spend requirement per transaction) accumulated separately by the Basic and its Supplementary Cardmember/s within the promotion period is required to qualify for the promotion. The Basic Credit card account is treated as separate from the Supplementary Credit Card account. A separate registration is needed for the Basic and Supplementary Cardmember.
For Cardmembers enrolled in Dual Currency Feature, PHP and USD transactions will be combined and the total spend requirement computation will be based on Peso value. Dollar transactions will be converted to Peso on a fixed rate of PHP50 = USD1. Minimum spend and maximum Membership Rewards® Points or Asia Miles is based on total accumulated spend in both currencies.
    • A Cardmember can earn up to a maximum of 10,000 Bonus Membership Rewards® Points or Asia Miles only. Once a Basic or Supplementary Cardmember reaches the 10,000 Bonus Points or Miles limit, his/her subsequent transactions will still earn the Regular Points or Miles, but shall no longer earn the Bonus Points or Bonus Miles.
    • The total Bonus Points or Miles accumulated by the qualified Basic and Supplementary Cardmember/s will be rounded down to 2 decimal places and will be credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account.
    • The Bonus Points or Miles accumulated by the Basic and/or Supplementary Cardmembers are credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account.
    • The Bonus Points or Miles shall be credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account sixty (60) days after the end of the registration period. If no discrepancy is reported by the Cardmember within sixty (60) days after the Bonus Points or Miles were credited or should have been credited, the Bonus Points or Miles will be considered correct.
    • The American Express Card Account must be active and of good credit standing with no past due obligation during the promotion period and at the time of crediting of the bonus Membership Rewards® Points or Asia Miles, otherwise, the Bonus Points or Miles earned shall be forfeited.
    • The Bonus Membership Rewards® Points or Asia Miles earned in this promotion have no monetary value and are not convertible to cash.
    • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of American Express and BDO. Transactions used to avail of any BDO Credit Card promotion (including, but not limited to American Express GC Treats Promotion, etc.) will no longer earn the Bonus Points or Miles for this promotion. Should there be other American Express or BDO promotions running simultaneously, a Cardmember is eligible to qualify to one promotion only.

9. BDO reserves the right to reverse the Bonus Points or Asia Miles previously credited to the Cardmember if the qualifying purchase or transaction is cancelled at a later date, is found to be invalid or fraudulent, is found to be used in conjunction with other BDO and American Express promotions, or if there was an error in the crediting of the Bonus Points or Miles.
10. In case of dispute, in respect of but not limited to the Cardmember’s eligibility, coverage of dates, transaction qualification, fulfillment, etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail.     • A minimum of P20,000 total single or cumulative local supermarket, gas station, drugstore and select coffee shop transactions (no minimum spend requirement per transaction) accumulated separately by the Basic and its Supplementary Cardmember/s within the promotion period is required to qualify for the promotion. The Basic Credit card account is treated as separate from the Supplementary Credit Card account. A separate registration is needed for the Basic and Supplementary Cardmember.
    • A Cardmember may earn up to a maximum of P5,000 worth of Bonus Rebate. Once a Basic or Supplementary Cardmember reaches the P5,000 Bonus Rebate limit, his/her subsequent local transactions will still earn the Regular 1% Rebate for American Express® Cashback Credit Card or the regular Points or Miles for the other qualified Cards, but shall no longer earn the bonus Rebate.
    • The total Bonus Rebate accumulated by the qualified Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers will be rounded down to two (2) decimal places and will be credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account.
    • The Bonus Rebate shall be credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account sixty (60) days after the end of the registration period. If no discrepancy is reported by the Cardmember within sixty (60) days after the Bonus Rebate were credited or should have been credited, the Bonus Rebate will be considered correct.
    • The American Express Credit Card must be active and of good credit standing at the time of crediting of the Bonus Rebate otherwise, the Bonus Rebate earned shall be forfeited.
    • The Bonus Rebate earned in this promotion has no monetary value and are not convertible to cash.
    • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of American Express and BDO. Transactions used to avail of any BDO Credit Card promotion (including, but not limited to American Express GC Treats Promotion, etc.) will no longer earn the Bonus Rebate for this promotion. 9. BDO reserves the right to reverse the Bonus Rebate previously credited to the Cardmember if the qualifying purchase or transaction is cancelled at a later date, is found to be invalid or fraudulent, is found to be used in conjunction with other BDO and American Express promotions, or if there was an error in the crediting of the Bonus Rebate.
10. In case of dispute, in respect of but not limited to the Cardmember’s eligibility, coverage of dates, transaction qualification, fulfillment, etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardmember’s eligibility for the promotion shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.

Promotion Mechanics:

18. Complete contact details of the Cardmember/s and passenger/s are required upon booking.
19. To finalize the booking, the Cardmember must completely fill out and sign a Booking Agreement Form, then submit to the Travel Agency. Otherwise, booking request will not be processed.
20. A copy of the valid passport is required for international booking. For Domestic travel, a valid ID must be presented upon request by the Travel Agency, the hotel/resort upon check-in, and/or upon airline check-in.
21. For travel packages that require a Visa, the Cardmember must process the Visa application and comply with any Visa application procedures set by the respective Travel Agency.
22. The Travel Agency shall not be held liable for any omissions to the purchased tour packages brought about by the passengers’ improper travel documentation, improper conduct, invalid credentials, and tardiness, without prejudice to the Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights and the International Airline Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Rights Regulations.  
23. Tour voucher and airline tickets shall be sent through email or faxed to the Carmembers three (3) to four (4) working days after the finalization and settlement of the transaction amount.
24. Restricted airline tickets have eight (8) days validity.  The terms and conditions of international airlines are subject to the IATA Passenger Rights Regulations. In addition, for domestic airlines and routes, the terms and conditions of the Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights shall also apply.
25. Approved transactions can no longer be reversed or cancelled. Revisions on and/or rebooking of the tour itinerary may be allowed subject to approval of the Travel Agency.
26. All changes in finalized bookings are subject to penalties and charges from the airline and tour operator.
27. No changes can be made 48 hours prior to departure.
28. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate the Cardmember’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the BDO EasyPay In-store installment transactions, provided that the Cardmember’s total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. In addition, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of five percent (5%) of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardmember’s pertinent American Express Card. After BDO has approved the Cardmember’s request to charge the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortizations on the installment transaction, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.*
29. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to the Cardmember’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilments etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardmember’s eligibility for the Promotion or any redemption shall be resolved by BDO at its sole discretion.
