Steps to apply thru BDO Online Banking:
1. Log-in to your BDO Online Banking account via www.bdo.com.ph/easypay-cash.
2. Click ‘More Services’ then choose an option Credit Card Services.
3. Select your active enrolled American Express Card Number.
4. Select a Request and choose ‘EasyPay Cash’
5. Click ‘Submit’ button to proceed with the EPCash application.
6. Read EasyPay Cash Promotion Mechanics and Terms and Conditions then, click ‘Apply Now’ button.
7. Provide one-time PIN (OTP).
8. Fill in the EasyPay Cash application form and click ‘Submit’ button
9. Review application details and amend, if necessary, by clicking the ‘Edit’ button
10. Instead of uploading Official Receipts (OR) in jpg, gif and pdf file formats, upload copy of one (1) valid ID to ensure application processing.
11. Click the ‘Confirm’ button to proceed with the EasyPay Cash application process.
12. Agree with EasyPay Cash Terms and Conditions and then click ‘Submit’ button.
13. Re-confirm submission of application by clicking ‘Yes’ button.
14. Wait for the confirmation message with reference number.

4.  The Cardmember can get the proceeds in different ways:
• Deposited to his/her Personal BDO Current or Savings Account (approved amount deposited as cash).
• Deposited to his/her Personal Non-BDO Current or Savings Account****.
• Released to him/her as CASH, if application was processed via BDO branches.
5. The EasyPay Cash principal amount with interest will be deducted from and should be within the available credit limit.
6. All transactions are subject to the Bank's approval and once approved shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the EasyPay Cash Program and the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of American Express Cards issued by BDO.
7. All EasyPay Cash transactions applied thru BDO Branches, BDO Online Banking and Customer Contact Center are subject to twelve (12) working days processing time.
8. All approved EasyPay Cash applications can no longer be reversed/cancelled.
9. Monthly installments due on the EasyPay Cash applications together with monthly interest and penalty charge, if any, shall be billed to the Cardmember and shall commence on the Cardmember’s next statement date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.
10. There may have a slight difference between the actual monthly installment amortization billed and the computed monthly installment amortization presented in the sample computation. Amounts may differ due to the rounded values.
11. In cases wherein the Cardmember’s available credit limit are not able to cover the requested EasyPay Cash request amounts, BDO has the sole discretion to approve only a portion of the amount applied for. In case of rejection of the application, BDO is under no obligation to notify the Cardmember of the said rejection and of the reason thereof.
12. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardmember’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the EasyPay Cash installment transactions, provided that the Cardmember's total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of five percent (5%) of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardmember’s account. After BDO has approved the Cardmember's acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.*****

7. 8. A Cardmember can only avail of one (1) complimentary item throughout the duration of the program, regardless if the spend is over and beyond the minimum spend. REDEMPTION MECHANICS

2. The promotion period is from May 4 to October 31, 2020.
3. Qualified Cardmembers may transfer his non-BDO Credit Card or personal/salary loan account balances to his American Express Card for a minimum Balance Transfer amount of P20,000 charged on 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24-month installment terms.



For Balance Transfer amount of at least P5,000 to below P20,000 the following rates shall apply:



Sample Computation for a Balance Transfer amount of P20,000 at 24-month term:

P20,000 x 0.049567284 = P991.35 per month for 24 months

4. The Basic Cardmember can apply for the Balance Transfer promotion via BDO branches** and Online Banking. Table below shows ways on how to avail and minimum requirements to apply.




5. The required minimum Balance Transfer amount may come from a maximum of two (2) non-BDO credit card or personal/salary loan account balances that is/are at least six (6) months old; active and current at the time of application.  The Balance Transfer amount per non-BDO credit card or personal/salary loan account balance(s) must be at least P5,000, charged on one (1) installment term, and issued by a major card issuer and/or bank in the Philippines.
6. The Balance Transfer principal amount with interest will be deducted from and should be within the available credit limit.
7. The Cardmember must continue to pay the minimum amount due on his non-BDO credit card or personal/salary loan account balance while the Balance Transfer application is still in process.
8. All transactions are subject to the Bank's approval and once approved shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Balance Transfer Program and the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the American Express Cards issued by BDO.
9. If approved, BDO will issue a check or make a fund transfer directly to the non-BDO card issuer/bank.  The check or fund transfer amount will be equivalent to the approved Balance Transfer amount.
10. All Balance Transfer transactions applied thru BDO Branches and BDO Online Banking are subject to twelve (12) working days processing time.
11. Approved Balance Transfer applications can no longer be reversed/cancelled.
12. Monthly installments due on the Balance Transfer applications together with monthly interest and penalty charge, if any, shall be billed to the Cardmember and shall commence on the Cardmember’s next statement date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.
13. There may have a slight difference between the actual monthly installment amortization billed and the computed monthly installment amortization presented in the sample computation. Amounts may differ due to the rounded values.
14. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardmember’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the Balance Transfer installment transactions, provided that the Cardmember's total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of five percent (5%) of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the Cardmember’s account. After BDO has approved the Cardmember's acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.*****

Promotion Mechanics:
1. The Promotion is open to all new and existing active Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of American Express Cards issued by BDO as listed below. The cards mentioned in the foregoing sentence shall be referred to as “Eligible Cards” and the holders of Eligible Cards shall be referred to as the “Eligible Cardmembers”.


2. The Promotion Period is from July 6 to September 30, 2020. Registration period is from July 6 to October 2, 2020.
3. The Promotion is open to all Eligible Cardmembers who will purchase on installment payment within the promotion period and who will register their transaction/s via BDO web registration form within the registration period.
4. The qualified cardmember must spend a minimum-single receipt installment purchase of P10,000 or USD 200 based on the actual Peso or Dollar value reflected in their billing statement to earn the corresponding rebate indicated below. Both 0% and regular (with add-on-rates) installment transactions are qualified for the Promotion.

5. All local installment transactions are qualified for this Promotion except the following:
a. Local/International Cash Advances made via ATM or over-the-counter
b. Any type of Bills Payment (Auto Charge, Charge-on-Demand, Utility/Recurring Bills, Loan Payments, etc.)
c. Purchases from gasoline/service stations and utilities (electric, water, etc.)
d. Transactions from casinos or from merchants engaged in betting or gambling
e. Transactions from trading services/remittances
f. BDO Internal Installment Programs such as Balance Transfer, EasyPay Cash and Cash It Easy
g. Business-related transactions
h. Cryptocurrency
i. Transactions that were already used to redeem from American Express or BDO Credit Card Promotion. (ex. Treats Program, SM 3-day Sale Rebate Points Multiplier programs, etc.)

6. To qualify for the rebate, the Eligible Cardmember must successfully register via BDO web registration form from July 6 to October 2, 2020 using cardmember’s Promo ID.  The unique Promo ID is sent to the Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers via Viber or SMS.

For proper validation and processing of registration, Cardmember should ensure to input the complete and correct Promo ID.

Note:
Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers should register separately to qualify for the promotion. The registration of the Basic Cardmember does not mean that the Supplementary Cardmember has been registered and the registration of the Supplementary Cardmember does not mean the registration of the Basic Cardmember.

7. The cardmember only needs to register once to qualify for cash rebate on installment purchases made within the entire promotion period.
8. Transactions made by both Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers are eligible to earn the rebate but the rebate will be credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account.


9. Installment purchases must come from one (1) qualified American Express Card.  A Basic Card account is treated separately from the Supplementary Card account. Thus, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers are not allowed to combine their transactions to earn rebate.  The Basic or Supplementary Cardmember must be able to provide separate information of the transaction/s that reflect their corresponding American Express Cardnumbers.
10. Each cardmember may earn a maximum rebate of Php5,000.00 or USD 100 for his/ her qualified installment transactions per Eligible Card for the entire duration of the Promotion.


*Cash Rebate/Rebate Amount is capped at Php 5,000 or USD 100, regardless of the number of installment transactions and transaction amount. In the example above, even if the corresponding rebate is at Php 7,625 for all the transactions, the Cardmember can only earn Php5,000 worth of rebates.

11. The Cardmember should be of good credit standing and have no past due obligations from the start of the Promotion until the scheduled awarding of rebate. Otherwise, the Cardmember should not be eligible for the rebate.
12. The rebate earned will be credited to the Eligible Cardmember’s account within 60 banking days after the end of Registration period and will be posted and shown on the Eligible Basic Cardmember’s statement of account.
13. The Eligible Cardmember will be notified via Viber/SMS upon successful posting of the rebate earned. The Cardmembers must ensure that the contact details provided are accurate. BDO will not be responsible for non-receipt of notification due to incorrect contact details.
14. The Eligible Cardmember must examine their Statement of Account for any errors related to the Promotion (e.g. rebate computation, non-awarding of rebate). All questions and issues of the Eligible Cardmember arising from the Promotion will be only accepted within sixty (60) calendar days from posting of the rebate amount or from the date when rebate should have been posted.
15. The rebate earned in this Promotion is not convertible to cash, nor it is exchangeable, replaceable, or transferable under any circumstance.
16. BDO reserves the right to reverse the Rebate awarded to the Cardmember in the event that the qualifying transactions were canceled at a later date or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions. The Rebate rewarded may also be reversed by BDO should the qualified transaction be used to redeem treats for another BDO promo.
17. Rebate earned will be forfeited if the BDO American Express Card will be canceled or converted to another BDO Credit Card or has been found to be delinquent at the time of the crediting of the rebate.
18. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of American Express and BDO Credit Cards (BDO Treats - Shop. Choose. Redeem., AMEX Dining/GC Treats).
19. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardmember’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, BDO’s decision shall prevail.
20. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of American Express Card issued by BDO apply.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Philippine laws.
