  5. Rebates are not convertible to cash.
  6. At SM Appliance Centers, the 5% rebate for American Express Cardmembers is applicable on the second day after the first two-hour special for SM Advantage Cardholders (12:01pm onwards) and third day of each SM 3-Day Sale schedule. The rebate is not applicable on the first day and first two (2) hours of the second day of each 3-Day Sale schedule at our SM Appliance Center branches.   The rebate is applicable only to regular-priced items.  It is not applicable to items categorized as packaged televisions, packaged home theaters, packaged camera, packaged portable audio, packaged cooking range, packaged air conditioners, computers, computer accessories and mobile phones.
  7. At Our Home, the 5% and 10% rebates for American Express Cardmembers are applicable to Cardmembers who are members of SM Prestige, BDO Sapphire and BDO Diamond Rewards on the first day of each SM 3-Day Sale schedule at Our Home branches.  The 5% and 10% rebates for American Express Cardmembers are also applicable to all qualified Cardmembers on the second and third days of each SM 3-Day Sale at Our Home branches. However, the 10% rebate is not available during the first two (2) hours of the second day of each SM 3-Day Sale schedule at Our Home branches.  The 10% rebate is applicable only to regular-priced items. For items on sale or with marked down prices, the 5% rebate offer mechanics for American Express Cardmembers will apply.
  8. The rebates can only be earned for qualified transactions using an American Express Card processed until 12:00 midnight of each SM 3-Day Sale schedule. 
  9. Cardmembers who avail of the rebate offers can no longer use the charge slip of the said transaction to avail of other BDO Credit Card promotions.
  10. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardmember's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., BDO's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardmember's eligibility for the promotion shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.
