Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offers are only valid when payment is made with an eligible American Express^® Platinum Card, American Express^® Platinum Credit Card and Platinum Reserve Credit Card, or their supplementary cards issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc.
2. Blackout dates apply. Offer rates are not valid on eve of and on Public Holidays and special occasions determined by the merchant, unless otherwise stated.
3. Offer rates are subject to availability and prior booking is required. Please refer to the respective offer details for booking details.
4. Offers are not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, privileges, promotions, sets, vouchers or programmes including loyalty programmes, unless otherwise stated.
5. Offers are not transferable nor exchangeable for any credit value or other product and services.
6. All prices quoted are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
7. Under the law, consumption of alcohol is prohibited for those under 18 years of age.
8. Under the law, retail shops are not allowed to sell takeaway alcohol from 10.30pm to 7am.
9. All information is correct at the time of publication. American Express and/or management of merchant reserve the rights to terminate the Offers and/or replace the Offers with another offer of similar value without prior notice.
10. Merchant’s Terms and Conditions apply. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant. Merchants are solely responsible for the fulfilment of Offers and all relevant privileges.

12. American Express does not assume liability and American Express Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss of damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from, or in connection with these benefits and privileges.
13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of American Express will be final and no correspondence may be entertained.

 

Prego's Terms & Conditions

1. Offer is available on the last Friday of the month from 26 February 2021 onwards, 3pm to 5pm.
2. Offer is available for dine-in only.
3. Eligible cardmembers enjoy 25% off the total bill during afternoon tea.
4. Usual Love Dining savings are not applicable.
5. Offer is not valid for orders made through 3rd party platforms (i.e. Deliveroo, Grab Food, Food Panda, etc) or reservations made through 3rd party platforms (i.e. Chope, Quandoo, etc).
